the experience here was nice, the food was cooked and provided quickly.the employees were pretty down to earth and chill which is stupendous

It sucked the manager Sasha was not helpful at all. She asked me what I wanted to order and I said I wasn't sure and was about to ask what she might recommend but she cut me off by saying ok and continued talking to one of her employees and the employee was cussing right by the front counter then our order was messed up. She brought our order to us in a take out bag didnt bring our drinks or ask us if we wanted ketchup for our fries and didnt bring straws for our drinks thanks too her I will never eat at Carl's junior again and if I'm asked by any one I would day don't go there
Rude. Burger was Colder than the workers attitude.Went in to change it and they got mad... got another burger.. they shoved the onion and tomato in the lettuce... put way too kuch ketchup and mayo! If you don't like your job. Quit.
Great breakfast food! They are open when I'm heading to work, unlike Wendy's or Taco Bell, which are both next to my work. They are friendly folks and mostly pretty good about not messing up my orders. Unlike several other places.
Ordered 2 cheese burgers and a 4 piece chicken tenders. Food was at most okay. Chicken tenders were better than the cheese burgers because the tenders were hot.
Very bad service! The man taking our order seemed irritated that we didn't know what we wanted as soon as we walked in the door, then was rude taking our order. When I had the audacity to come back up and point out that I got something completely different than what was ordered he again seemed irritated and inconvenienced and rolled his eyes yet a third time. The food was nothing as advertised and the burgers were put together sloppy and overly drenched with condiments where they practically fell apart when unwrapped and the buns were horribly soggy. Needless to say , none of us ate the horrible food we received and we will NEVER go back to this location!!
Staff was very immature, standing around talking amongst each other. Took an unreasonable amount of time to make our order and when we received it, it was hardly room temperature.
was barely edible before the pandemic, but somehow found a way to get worse? maybe due to what is available from distributors or lack there of. even late night doesn't even come close to the old days.
It's may 18th and I just ordered lunch..after eating half my sandwich in the resteraunt with my gf who ordered the same Carl jr..I looked at the bottom of my sandwich and saw mold..i spit the bite i just took out almost vomiting..I took it to the register and got my money back with attitude..no sorry I poisoned you sir with moldy food!
I wasn't too impressed with this establishment refusing water to a gentleman after buying a small fry. You told the man that it gets taken advantage of. Let me tell you how much the CORPORATION takes advantage of people!!!! Yea right no one is listening...but really shouldn't water be a God given right? Yea I know its not but come on we live in America! Grow up Carls Jr! I'll be rolling up the street to Wendy's more often now!....says frequent customer of your establishment for over 7 years!
