Always awesome food, always impeccable service! Thank you Claudia, great night!

Amazing food and excellent service. Great time thank you Claudia!

Since we are from Texas and not Colorado we are used to seriously different quality Mexican food! The place was nice and we were seated quickly and we went because the reviews were many but it was not the quality we were expecting! The salsa tasted more like marinara sauce then the hot salsa we are used to!!

Excellent food, probably the best southwestern Mexican I've had in Colorado. Blue corn tortillas and wonderful hot green chile and black beans.

Randall, our server, was one of the best servers I have had in a very long time. He was attentive, funny, honest, and refreshing. I have forgotten what quality service was like in a very long time!! Also, my first time in Pueblo and the food was fantastic. Will absolutely be coming back.

After reading all the reviews we were excited to try cactus flower. Charming adobe style dining room with plenty of neat decor to keep you occupied while you wait for and hour to get your food. Our server Leah passed us by many times with out refilling our drinks. She made eye contact several times with no acknowledgement. Really seemed like she only wanted to wait on tables that had Hispanic patrons. Food was heated in a microwave with the sour cream actually separating from the heat. The cheese was crusted on the plate. Resembled a folded up diaper. The rice was hard and dried out. The “green Chile” had no taste. The only reason for 2 stars is that the waitress did remove the plate an offer to get me something else. I declined and they did remove the plate from our bill.

It is a popular award winning restaurant, so we had to wait a few minutes at lunchtime. They have seating at the bar if you don't want to wait for a table. My wife had the savory stuffed sopapilla and I had the cactus combo plate #7. Both were big portions, served piping hot, and delicious. Service was quick and attentive. Right now they have a special Lavender Margarita that is terrific!

Always a busy place on the weekends but good drinks and food. They give chips n salsa while you wait....margaritas are always good and so is the food. The waitress got the chili confused on one of the combination plates but it was still good and she was the most friendliest happy bubbly waitress I've had in along time....she was really great! I believe her name was kevia or something along those lines. Super great waitress!

Nice experience, great food, service always friendly and quick. Highly recommend for a nice Mexican food meal out

Waited almost an hour to get in, and.......Table was dirty, menus were sticky, service was lacking, but food was incredibly good and the drinks were well made.Makes me think the front of the house is dropping the ball and being poorly managed while the back of the house/bar is carrying the rest of the restaurant.Better management and this could easily be a 4 star+ restaurant, but it's not as of right now. What a shame. Probably won't be coming back?
