Got my food fast and it was tasty! The lady I’m assuming was the manager was really nice to me too , this is how fast food should be keep killing it northen ave pueblo bk! You guys rock!

The food was decent but the lady that took our order was being very rude to us and the people behind us. My mom and I could hear her yelling at the other customers through the window and she was just being very rough with our order. She was also talking bad about the car behind us to the other employees and using very foul language to the other customers because they wanted a cup with just ice with their meal instead of an actual drink or something along this lines, we felt very uncomfortable with the service. It was a woman with a red bun I believe and I understand that people have bad days and it is stressful due to short staffing but there is no reason for the staff to be that rude to customers . She was rude to my mother while we were taking the order. Overall not a great experience and it’s upsetting because we get food from this location often

Stopped to get dinner around 11pm. Online hours show 24hr dt. I stop and wait in line for a bit and the speaker didn't get answered. I pull up to the window and see employees inside. I wait and noone comes to the window. I knocked and get an employees attention. I'm told they're closed due to covid just like everyone else. I point out their dt open sign and menu boards are on and theres a line of cars waiting. The employee rolled her eyes and just walked away. Decided to get mcdonalds from across the street since they can operate adrive thru with 3 employees.

The place was open online and the lobby doors were not locked I walk in and then was very rudely yelled at to leave, by someone who looks like the manager, because they are closed even though it says they are open. He had no reason to be so confrontational I didn't even argue, when he said that they were closed.

I went today to just buy a Large hash brown and I noticed the carton a little smaller from the last time I went to get some at the other Buger King. So I went back to ask the man this is a large (the one on the left) and he said yes, that's their large for breakfast and the large with brown is only for lunch but how funny I called the other Burger King and asked what color of carton does large hash brown came in and the guy said brown! How funny this Burger King is different from the other two from the same city- mmmm‽ The menu says a larger hash brown $1.99 and of course there's taxes but I was charged $3 dollars I guess I'm lost but taxes are $1.00?

Ok, I just got home and tried to call the restaurant but no one is picking up. I gave the benefit of the doubt for the line wait because the restaurant is likely short staffed, but we had an issue with our order. I can't get ahold of anyone to discuss the issue. 2 of our sandwiches were double bacon whoppers and we got double bacon cheeseburgers. Simple error, but there's a price difference. I wanted to see if we could exchange the wrong sandwiches or change the charges, but I can't get ahold of anyone. I don't feel I should have to drive back while they are busy to dispute this issue, which I have no guarantee of getting resolved.

I like burger King but my gawd this place is ridiculous. So many people working but food comes out slow as heck. Waiting 45+ minutes in the drive through. Another day im standing waiting for my food and hearing employees talk about smoking blunts and cussing up a storm. Do that off the clock not with customers inside of the establishment. No wonder food comes out slow.

So I been to this location two times this week. Both times the same manager was there. Her whole demeanor was just so sad. The way she talked to customers and her employees. At one point she was sitting down "I think making the schedule" Screaming at the cooks and expo to hurry and stop making errors. It was busy so I understand but it didn't look good. So than tonight I tried it again. And I swear this place just seems like a Zoo. This place just seems so unorganized and chaotic. Both times our food wasn't the greatest and I had to wait over 20 minutes. I understand lunch and dinner rushes can be stressful and overwhelming but some good customer service can go a long way. I think they need a new leader/Manager. She seems tired and grumpy. I never do reviews like this but I know this BK has potential.

Absolutely horrible experience ... Dining room closed & drive-thru was at least 20 cars deep. Call the store to find out why dining room was closed & told they only have three employees. It will be a very long time before returns this location.

Line was long! But that's when you know it's good! Well worth the wait! Order was right and customer service was great! Thank you! They need a raise!
