I went in for a lunch with my mom and sister. Had to wait at the door for awhile to be sat no one was in front to be greeted... Brooke was my server and she did great. Food came out quick and warm so good job kitchen. Beer came out quick awesome bartender, and management was wonderful!!

We frequent this location a lot and usually things are ok. It was a Friday night (@8 pm) and it wasn't packed but somewhat busy. The servers in general did not appear friendly or welcoming (no smiles, looking down almost running into people, no excuse me, waited a while for hostess and no one - not even manager- said someone will be with you). Now I will say once seated our server Marlee apologized for the wait (at least 15 minutes before being acknowledged) and was attentive and friendly after that. That being said our food was very subpar. Half the wings on 2 orders were cold. On one order we know what probably happened. They had brought out an order but only one flavor was correct. The cold ones were the ones that were originally right so it seems they kept those and 15 -20 min later brought them out with the other correct flavor. The kitchen definitely had to be having issues as another order we had were for naked wings and those came out a lot later than everyone else and then the chocolate cake which should have been a quick order was really delayed also and the server had to go check on it. As I mentioned- I will give my server props as she apologized again for the mishap of the food and the time everything was taken.
We got fast service when we ordered to go. Great service. Polite workers.
John at the Bar in Pueblo is a top notch bartender. He creates an atmosphere that is welcoming and kind. The manager also cares about the service and quality of your experience. Keep up the good work
second time this has happened with a door dash order. it is not the dasher's fault but I keep receiving just plain wings with no sauce even though I'm asking for a sauce on the wings ?
DO NOT EAT HERE.. This place it more than likely in violation of so many health codes. I ordered my 30 wings fries and fried pickles. 10 min after picking up food my sitting down to eat. Fries were soggy and cold, and the worst part one of my wings had feathers on it. I did not eat the one with feathers in it had to trash it. And my other wings must not have been cooked right. Gave me diarrhea with in 20 min. Don't risk your health to eat here. Shame on you Buffalo wild wings.Buffalo wild wings just asked me to call the 1 866 number. So I called nobody so take my call. So no big deal I have already contacted the health department. Again. DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU COULD GET SICK. This type of poultry expose could possibly KILL YOU. DONT EAT HERE
3 strikes and you're out Pueblo BWW. We've been here 3 times in recent months and been disappointed each time. First visit: service was miserably slow even though they weren't busy and when the food finally arrived it was cold and dry. Visit #2: slow service again, our order was wrong and once again the food was not fresh at all. Last Saturday we tried one last time and although our waiter was much better, the food was pathetic again. Fries were cold and rubbery, chicken wrap was full of old lettuce and DRY chicken pieces, and my friend's wings were rubbery and served unseasoned with little cups of dry rub for her to dip them in? Unreal for a place supposedly known for their wings.
The waitress was super friendly and helpful. Lots of food and drink choices plus tons of tvs and music. Everything was good minus the brisket tacos they were good but super greasy.
If you are lucky enough to get Shelby as a waitress like we did prepare to be taken care of!! She is friendly, up beat and on top of her game!! the food and drinks were also on point! #GOCELTICS !
