Great selection of beers, food is fantastic. So far, we have only done lunch - but I can promise you we will be back for dinner and some live music?
The atmosphere here is pretty chill. You can also opt to sit outside with a view of the river walk. I drank the Copper ale and had the signature burger. The food and drinks were good, but a touch too pricey. What was lacking was a personable wait staff. They were not rude per se, but didn't go out of their way to make guests feel really welcomed.
Really enjoyed this brewery! The location & view is a 10/10! The food & drinks were also good! I highly recommend the Pueblo green chili!!

Excellent, laidback atmosphere. Built in an old police precinct next/on the Pueblo Riverwalk.Was caught up in socializing didn't get to take pics of my food. I ordered the Musso Farm Burger and I'll tell ya, hands down best burger in the state. And that has much to say. My wife ordered the Alehouse Burger and the garlic aioli is delicious. Everything is made in house, including their ketchup, had a nice, fresh distinct flavor.Also, ordered green chili on the side and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients, flavorful and spicy!! I love green chili and this is one of the best if not the best of all the green chilis I had. Will go again next time in Pueblo and try out their French toast or their breakfast burrito.
We just returned from checking both the Brues Alehouse and Coors Inn sloppers. There is no comparison if absolutely need your green chili to be spicy. Coors Inn caters to the gringo tongue. Brues green chili is authentic marisol variety which is consistently spicy and tasty. Although pricier, we go for the Brues quality and their beer selection is excellent. Highly recommended.
We did a beer and food pairing event and it was wonderful. Jason and Casey took care of us and everything was perfect. The beers were great and the chef created some original and unique foods that were presented beautifully and of course tasted awesome. Thank you for a great night.
Our server Gillian was awesome!Had desserts and apps. The macaroons were yummy!!
Service was great! I enjoyed the Vegan tacos. Very unique and excellent flavor I have never had anywhere. As a party of 5 we were excited to be seated quickly and everyone loved their dish. Don't be in a rush to sit and enjoy the atmosphere and an incredible meal.
Nice brews, good atmosphere, great staff and tasty food. The gluten free options are actually gluten free, so rest assured if you are celiac, the food is safe to eat - separate fryer for example. I can't overstate the service we received - good stuff!
