Being remodeled and dinning room is closed, drive through took over 20 minutes in line. Now we avoid Arby's until it gets to normal.

Good food. I love the basic roast beef and cheese. The special sandwiches are great but a little pricey.

They were a little sloppy in the preparing of our order but at least they got it almost correct. And they gave us the correct item without hassles. Tables could have been cleaner. And they actually had beef this time!!
Stopped by to grab something for my husband and ordered the 2 for $6. One roast beef and one chicken ranch. Both good, but the crinkle fries I got to try... not so good ? I'll stick with the curly fries! The young gentleman that was working the drive thru was friendly and courteous. I appreciate kindness ?
It's too bad this place doesn't serve incompetence because they have an abundance of it and they would never run out. Several failed pick up here due to long wait times. We do not recommend taking orders from this Merchant or placing orders for delivery from this Merchant.
Fries were old and disgusting and my beef and cheddar was old and horrible tasting as well. I was craving Arby's but I probably won't have it again for awhile now!
This store is very clean. Ordering is slow because there is only one cashier at lunch time. The food came out quickly, too quickly, because everything except the roast beef sandwich had been premade. My wife did not like her fish sandwich because she said it tasted like it had been sitting around. My roast beef was too salty, as were the fries. The milkshake was delicious but it was overly frozen because it has been prepoured and sitting is a freezer. In the meantime, kitchen staff were standing around because the orders were coming in so slowly. How about having people work on made to order food?
Christina the manager is not very good at her job. Worst management skills I have ever seen in any fast food establishment. I spend over $17 for my meal and get completely ripped off. Curly fries were so old the felt like they would break a tooth if you tried to eat one. I ask for new fries and get a huge hassle. They tell me to pull around to the front for my new fries. Was there for over 10 minutes before I realize they aren't bringing me my fries. I ate all of my other food and still no one brought out fries. Very unprofessional, and very bad Management. I will NEVER go back to this establishment and would never even recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place deserves a -5 stars
We ate in the dining room. The food was good. The person who took our order was friendly. It is definitely time to open the condiment bar! I'm tired of begging for ketchup and Arby's sauce.
