Not my first choice of location to visit. The lettuce on my sandwich was sub par, lots of discoloration on the edges.Could definitely use improvement.
I only put one star because I needed to leave the review. Was the worst experience ever. Don't go there rude manager. Poor customer service. They messed up my order. Then we ordered a meal they for one didn't charge right then they left the sandwich off. They screwed up one of my wraps. Then instead of fixing it they wanted to recharge me. I was upset so she told me to leave. I'm from out of town trying to spend time with my family. She ruined tome with my family! The manager was a blonde manager don't know her name but she dies not know how to satisfy the customer at all for the mess ups and the stress it caused me. Will never go there again was the worst. It resulted in me asking for a refund for my items. If I wasn't feeding my children I would have asked for a full refund. Don't go there. It's the worst!
Kristen Adams and Kaylynn are my favorite managers. Always get what I want with a little extra. And Arby's bout the only place with fresh fries. Hands down one of my favorite spots to eat in Pueblo.
The waitstaff were efficient,through,and polite. Food was delayed but a little, was extremely nice to have hot,fresh food!! A bit expensive but nowadays what isn't? Will I come again? Most definitely

Order was accurate but the wait was not. We went through the drive through and they told us to pull up front to wait for chicken. 5 minutes turned out to be nearly 20 when there were no orders ahead of us and maybe 2 other cars in the parking lot.
This Arby's was the best I've been to. Gyro was full of goodies and the meat was hot. Curly fries were super crispy. Really enjoyed our meal.
Very nice looking Arby's. Food order was perfect and the staff was friendly. I'll be coming back to this location, I'd give 6 stars if I could I was so impressed.
Half an hour before closing, on a Friday night, and the person running the drive thru said their computers went down and they couldn't take any orders. Apparently I am supposed to believe that they can't write down the order and input it later. Horrible customer service. Unacceptable. Also not the first or last time the customer service has been horrible at this location. ?
