It never seems to fail that either our food is way too greasy or overcooked. Whenever we get ribs they are charred. I had a hamburger and the bun was so greasy I could barely hold it. The people are always extra nice and helpful though and that matters. I never find a reason not to tip the servers, they work their butts off.

Went there to have dinner.. ordered our drinks and pretzel with cheese. Told the waitress we needed a few minutes to decide on our dinner.. she never came back to take our order.. people came in after us and they were able to place their orders for food.. we were completely ignored! They only had a few customers in the place!
Member did get my breadstik that was supposed to go with my meal. We wanted dessert but the waitress was too busy talking to other employees to come take care of us. We paid by card and left.
My fiancé and I went in for dinner. We stood at the front door and waited to be seated. We watched 4 servers talking in a group near the kitchen for about 10mins. We also noticed customers at the tables seemed very agitated. We waited for another 7- 10mins.... Noone said "welcome" or "we will be right with you." Even the bartender was more concerned with wiping her bar off. So after almost 20mins of being ignored and not seated we just left. The food may have been good, but, we don't know; and from the looks of the other customers that were seated they were also probably wondering what the food tasted like. This is probably (consistently) the worst Applebee's I've ever been to. The Southside Applebee's in Pueblo is probably a much better choice!
I couldn't chew one bite of my steak. The broccoli wasn't even cooked and was black on the bottom of the spears. The mashed potatoes were definitely not garlic. The only thing on point were the drinks. Saw someone wiping all tables and menus down with same rag, definitely not sanitized as advertised. This meal was disgusting and we couldn't get out of there fast enough
Went to Applebees for the first time last night for a date. I’ve never had such awful service. The waitress was nice at first then completely disregarded us being there. Once we got our food it was terrible under cooked over cooked nothing was done proper. Nothing tasted right. When we asked for the check offering to still pay for the food we did not eat the waitress got snotty and got the manager. The manager on the other hAnd was absolutely wonderful! I felt bad she is passionate about her job she offered to make our meals herself she had tears in her eyes. She took care of the meals. Unfortunately about 20 minutes later we both became Ill and have been since.
We've been consistently disappointed with the food and service. This time, actually months ago, was no different. We've been trying to get a refund for a mistake they'd made for months. First they tried playing dumb as if they couldn't find the order. Finally found it but still didn't get a refund. Everytime we call we have to go through the same nonsense and still no refund. M6 daughter was just trying to do something speacial for me and they took that away from her and me. Thanks Applebee's!
We had a large family group, 5 adults and 3 kids. Didn't have to wait long, to be seated. We ordered and soon our drinks came then our food. We enjoyed what we ate and waitress came back to check on us, now and then. All was good.
If I can rate it a zero I would !! There's moments you forget things but being a family restaurant you would think you can come right back and it would be there since you would think they would have a honest trust worthy staff but no ! Manager was rude he said he shouldn't be bending over backwards for us since we forgot it! Okay sir I'm sorry I'm human seems like you need to train your people and having better morals ! Considering the waiters discribed my bag to the tea wouldn't even recive a refund for the horrible customer service never again coming back here
Poor service. This restaurant would not allow us to try two different sauces on a hot wings app. My kids didn't get strawberries on their strawberry yogurt. We we're short a wing and we spent almost $100. We had about $15-$20 worth of food to take home accidentally left on table and I called minutes later to ask about it. The lady on the phone was rude to me didn't bother to check so my son and wife had no leftovers they were looking forward to. Haven't been to Applebee's in over a yr and a half. Don't think we'll return after this. $100 is a hell of a bbq. Rather eat at home.
