Super friendly staff. Angel was our server and she was so helpful with our birthday party. Made our day special. Manager Nick was so helpful as well. Thanks everyone!

I really like this place because it stays open late and because of thier Delicious Hamburgers they are the bomb made with real beef no frozen food ,100 percent real good food. I have been here with my husband and grandchildren day or night ? they serve good food all the time. I have never had a problem with my food made wrong or was cold, the staff thier a very nice as well and is alway's clean. Good food for a good price. Here on the corner of Pueblo Blvd, and Northern Ave. It's a 5 stay place for food and drinks of all kinds, they are so good as well, yum Margritas ? ?
I just experienced wonderful customer service from a young man at this location. Nicholas (sorry I can't recall his last name) went above and beyond to help me obtain information I needed for their Top Gun promotion. Nicholas, if you read this, it worked and thanks again. Kindness ALWAYS wins and you, young man, are a WINNER!
Was in the restaurant for an hour 20 min. Took 1 hour to get my "Raw" hamburger which I said no pink, I want my food cooked. Then our waitress never ONCE GAVE US A REFILL. SO, food is normally good, but staff is lazy.
I eat at Applebee's at least twice a week! I wouldn't keep going back if the food wasn't great! Many of the staff know me that answer the phone's or brings the meal out to the parking lot. It is good to feel special and know that they know who I am. Thank you so much for making me feel good on these occasions. Not to mention that the food was great! Thank you Applebee's.
Sure has changed! Much more expensive, food no where near as good as it was ?. Waitress was so slow, couldn't answer many questions. Hardly no one in there...bartender needs some training. Hopefully the other location is much better. Back in the day, that was one of our favorites.....
The service was terrible. The server was more concerned with hanging out at the bar instead of making sure we were satisfied. First they bring out our chicken wonton tacos and didn't bring us no appetizer plates we had to use napkins. My husband ordered the classic cheeseburger with fries. He told the server that he wanted it done with no pink and the burned it. WHO DOES THAT? You can cook a hamburger done with no pink and not burn it and his fries were cold. So the server brings our check and we tell her about the cheeseburger and she was not at all concerned and also we asked for take out boxes and she brings them but doesn't bring us a bag like she did the other customers and to put icing on the cake my husband told her he was not happy with the service and once again she didn't make it any better all she said was "I'm sorry." So unfortunately for her she received no tip. I used to love going into and ordering from Applebee's on Pueblo's Southside but after that horrible service we will not be returning.
10/10 customer service. Our waitress, Laurencia was excellent and helped us out when we had issues. She also brought our drinks and boxes without us asking. I have never had such a nice experience anywhere else!
Xavier who has only worked here for a few days is the only reason why I put 5 stars. He has incredible attention to detail and ability to eagerness for customer service. He goes above and beyond most servers. Even though the food is delicious and I say I love above all experience and of course the new strawberry margaritas.
Seems like the turn over rate is super high or employees just don't know there job here. The best thing we got was the cheese bites. The rest of the food was mediocre and not that hot. I got the chicken and shrimp meal and was burping it up the rest of the night.all around has gone downhill from what it used to be . I would not recommend till they up there game...
