Ordered for delivery, said it be 35 min, 1 hour later they call me to tell me my food is ready for pick up, I tell them it was supposed to be delivered, they apologize, and it takes 1 1/2 hours to get my order, and charged full price, this place used to be one of the better places to eat in Pueblo, now it’s just disappointing, gets worse every time I have it, I’m done
Okay, I'm just in the process of moving to Pueblo from the Denver area, my realtor made the choice to try Angelo's for my first lunch on the riverwalk. What a beautiful experience! Food was fantastic yes, service was friendly and laid back and prompt (thanks Mitch!) AND to sit outside right by the river is a must do for anyone wanting an amazing meal experience! The price was about medium level I'd say, very fair for the portions and the quality of the Italian fare and patio location... must try visiting about an hour or two before closing, and enjoy the string lights appearing on all the trees along the river, the waterfalls, the whole experience on the patio!
I ordered a 14” pizza at 11:34. So store just opened. It said delivery at 12:50. I said ok, I get it, low staff maybe, other issues, I am not in a hurry. At 1:15 I called the place and a guy told me he will be there shortly. At 1:50 the pizza showed up. The bottom of the box felt like it sat in water overnight. So I quickly checked the pizza. It was nasty. The crust was like bread soaked in water, like hot dog buns soaked in water during a hot dog eating contest. Complete mush and gross. Very cold. I felt bad but I called the delivery guy back and returned my food to him. Not good at all.
We went for my birthday, as I was craving pizza. It was my mom's treat, and my daughter and her husband came from Idaho to celebrate. We were seated in a basement area, and it was incredibly loud. We couldn't even have a conversation, which was so disappointing since my daughter had come so far! The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent, but we won't be returning as the noise was such an unpleasant experience.
We started with fresh and light salads and very well crafted cocktails. Our pizza had generous toppings and it was absolutely delicious. Our server was very friendly, genuine and efficient. We are only in town for a few days, but we will definitely go to Angelo's next time we are in Pueblo.
It was my first time here. Great pizza ?
Portions were generous, and the food was ok. Service was a little on the slower side. The other people in the restaurant were extremely rude and ruined the experience. While I was starting to eat my entree another customer come up to my table and harassed my service dog and myself while other staff looked on. Lost my appetite after that and left after a few bites.
First time since that pandemic that I've gone as a large family. 12 of us. Love the remodel and Flow downstairs. Great service (especially since one-the-fly Saturday lunch for 12, y'all know what I'm talking about), very timely and still so good! There were drinks (kids to adults), appetizers (Italian nachos, Stromboli rolls), pizzas, spaghetti and salads. Missed and now love you more!
Absolutely the best creamy tomato soup I have ever tasted! Everything we've had has been delicious.
Stopped in for a pint of draft and a snack with my son and dog. They were extremely friendly, great service. The food was amazing. I'm absolutely going back!!
