Service is awful here. Your wait is longer than normal and I’m guessing it’s due to 8+ workers hanging around chatting doing nothing yet there can only be 6 customers max in the restaurant. Whoever owns this franchise needs to revamp their business and offer customer service. The first time I came I gave a pass though the older lady tried arguing with my mother. The second time is definitely my last time. Never will I ever again come there.
Wings and fries are always great I go here all the time never had any issues with the food or staff. The staff is always friendly and courteous defintley recommend coming here.
First time ordering from this location. Ordered online, on a Saturday at 12:45pm. Not a large order....10 wings + thigh bites. Email / confirmation said 26 - 31 minutes for the order to be ready...ok. Showed up at the location at 1:20 to find not only our order not ready, but ALL orders placed online hadn't been started since the ticket machine wasn't printing orders....and the staff didn't notice!Our order was finally ready at 1:35pm.Sooo, the food - fries were good, wings were also ok, but the thigh bites were poorly covered with sauce (see photos) and looked like they were rushed. Lots of areas on the thigh bites with no sauce on them.All in all, we'll be looking for a better run place to get wings in the future and recommend you skip/avoid this location if you want your food on time and done well!
Most of my wings were not coated with sauce. I've never had this issue at any other Wing Stop. If I wanted plain wings, I would've ordered that
Not Happy With The Food Or Service @ This Location In Parker. We Ordered The 8 Piece With Fries And A Drink. The Fries Were Limp And Soggy. And The Wings Were Not Cooked Long Enough Either. My Husband Likes Ranch Dressing For His Wings And For His Fries. 8 Wings Gets You 1 Ranch Dressing Which Was Not Enough For 8 Wings. When We Asked If We Could Have Another Ranch We Were Told It Would Be An Additional $1.49
Never really post reviews but on average most of our Door Dash orders coming from this location are always short items. I try not to order from here while I'm at work unless we're too busy to pick up and without fail we're always short something and having to take it up with Door Dash. We're not even talking about big or complicated orders either. Get it together please.
Great place!!! The young lady who took our order did a great job. She was very polite and was very knowledgeable of your products. Great employee. She deserves a raise. We will be back because of the service she provided. If she isn't a manager she should be.
We were missing one of our orders and after requesting a refund multiple times, I still have not received a refund. Disappointed.
They have bone in wings and some of my favorite flavors like Mango habanero. Food was excellent. Better than other Wing type place nearby
Beware of those thieves. We order 50pc pack online, after pick up they gave us 25 pieces only. After complaining and asking for the rest of the order they were speaking Spanish and calling us liars… Well guess what, we understood you perfectly and trying to steal from a customer is a crime that needs to be punishable by law enforcement. All customers must be aware of these ordering online practices as this is not the first restaurant trying to steal our food. Seems like this is becoming a very common practice nowadays.
