I picked up a delivery here in the evening of Sat, Jul 16, 2022. The bag was sealed but I could tell from the weight of it that all of the order was not included. The manager on duty assured me it was complete. I was sorry to deliver this order to a customer. In addition, all three guys working in the prep area were on their phones, wearing their food prep gloves. Phones are laden with bacteria and this was such a gross thing to see. I won't be accepting orders from this location in future.

Went there today craving chiliGot a spicy chk tooIt convinced me to never eat there again. So disappointed. Don't put freaking sugar on your chili. I don't want sweet chili. Nobody wants sweet chiliSo gross. And my chk sandwich was run over multiple times in the drive thru lane and left under the hot light for 3 hours before it was ""served". Never going back!
Our order was incorrect again and was mixed in with other's orders as well. This is the second time in a month that we've had to get our order corrected on top of the other issues with service. The food is just ok so when you constantly have bad experiences the food can't compensate.
I come to this Wendy's over the one closer to me because their service has always been great and I never had an issue. However, tonight was different. All of the food was cold, the cheese wasn't melted at all in the chicken sandwich or the hamburgers. It was clear the fries had been sitting for a while. The drinks weren't even full. That's disappointing since there's an upcharge for the lemonade.I'm not sure what's happening, but I'm leaving this review in hopes that the management will figure out what's happening and fix it.
The worst Wendy's I have ever had. The bun was stale/hard and all the food was cold when received.
Late night craving for Wendy's - 20 minutes before this location closed, ordered via DoorDash and was very surprised food was fresh. GG Wendy's (this specific location).... GG
Food was well prepared (sometimes places have wilty lettuce or the cheese half way off the burger melted all over the wrapper). Also Steve was very enjoyable behind the register. Nice guy.
The experience in that specific Wendy's was the worst. They kept messing with my order, the food was decent but I hate how the person giving me the order had an attitude. I prefer the Wendy's at home.
I know how they cook the food and so out if all the fast foods best I say especially them jr bacon cheese burger ? ? yummmm
