Wendy's is the new champion of the breakfast wars! Their biscuits are the best. McD's used to be good, but every time I have gone there recently the biscuits taste like cardboard. I doubt they are baking them in-store anymore.
They have improved so much! Fast service and very friendly employees. Food is consistently good now
Slowest Wendy’s ever. Ordered on app, waited 20+ minutes in drive through, plus additional 7-8 minutes at the window, for 2 baked potatoes.
This place has gone downhill big time. One out of two soda machines were working and the ice was dumping out way too much at a time, creating a mountain of ice under the dispenser and ice melting all over the floor. The fries are way too salty, chicken nuggets old and overcooked, and the buns were stale. I know they are super short staffed and that's sad. But the workers were nice. Best of luck to them. I will.not be going back.
When you wait for more than 15 minutes…. It can no longer be called fast food! Seriously the employees need to be held accountable for their lack of motivation, or work ethic!
The worst wendys ive ever been to, sat in drive thru for 15m line wasnt moving finally went inside and ordered, bunch of kids i get that the cashier had ear buds in the whole time he was taking orders. Both coke machine had over half the drinks out both out of coke regular and the whole place was a mess, I'll go to the one on parker road wayyyyyy better.
Ordered a taco salad at noon and received a salad with taco seasoned water.......literally only a handful of beans and no meat. It would have been better if they said they were out.
Love their new always fresh and crispy fries. Always nice and salty. The spicy chicken nuggets almost have a smoky flavor to them and their spicy chicken sandwich is 10X better than any competitor... especially chickfila
I work near this one off Jordan. I normally don't have any issues. Recently it has gone way downhill. Just tried to go inside with my baby and the door was locked to the lobby. This isn't the first time the past 2 weeks this has happened with NO signs on the door. They are always short staffed which is sad and not their fault. Hope things turn around soon.
Avoid this wendys at all costs. Nothing is ever right and they can't seem to figure out online orders. For the manager, if an order comes in that you don't make it. And the guest shows you the receipt from a pickup and you talk to me about inventory please know what you're talking about. If you don't make it that's a variance because you're over. If you don't make it that's a variance of being over on inventory. I won't use your customer support to fix the situation. That's 100% for you to figure out. Please teach this store guest service and not to use bacon that was made in the morning
