Food is always cold when it comes out. Ordered a burger cooked medium, 30 minutes later it came out well done and cold. Sent it back and asked for medium again and a warmer patty and 40 minutes later it came out over cooked again. Won’t be returning as we’ve given this place multiple chances. It’s really a shame because it’s a great outdoor rooftop space.

Took a very very long time for food and drinks. When my meal arrived, it was cold as if it has been sitting for a while. Appetizer arrived at the same time as time and was also cold.

Went there for my birthday dinner, sat at the bar, not very busy, nice atmosphere, messed up my order, gave it to another table, who thanked me for the chicken, she didn’t order hers with chicken. Finally got it, after over 20 minutes. Was full on fries by the time my salad got there. My husband loved his jalapeño popper burger. Then got charged twice on the bill for my salad. Might return, but not a good first impression.?

We didn’t end up eating there because they didn’t have a table available for us even though we had a reservation. They told us that they hadn’t been paying attention to reservations and had just been sitting walk-ins. Our wait was going to be a half hour.

We enjoyed the Upper Deck and will be back. The food is delicious—our group of six ordered burgers, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. Our only "issue" is that the food was a little slow to come out of the kitchen. Our server was attentive, though, and we didn't feel rushed. The atmosphere is inviting, and the view adds to the overall experience.

Went here for prom dinner with friends, super good food and great service. Definitely recommend!

Had a great night with Cindy as our bartender. The three little pigs burger is amazing. New local favorite!

Let me first start off by saying that we love local business and support them any time that we can. We really want Upper Deck to succeed so the purpose of this feedback is not to scare anyone off but for Upper Deck to take from and improve. With that said, let's get on with it!PRO's:- GREAT location. Wow, this is probably one of the best views in Parker. Come here before the sunset and sit on the patio with a drink and your partner by your side.- Friendly staff!- Bartender knows how to pour a drink. Too many times, drinks are over poured. I ordered a Vodka Tonic and she ordered an Old Fashioned. Both were perfectly made.- Patio area is fun and has great views. There are outdoor games with both sunny areas and shade for whatever you are in the mood for.- Sweet potato fries are ON POINT.CON's:- Parking is slim pickin' around here. Good luck.- Kitchen seems slow even when only about 50% capacity.- It's expensive for the food being offered.- Has nothing to do with baseball. Upper Deck apparently just means, a deck on the upper level. (Probably a missed opportunity here if you're paying attention.)- Kitchen seems to be serving frozen food.- We're not sure where they are getting the pork. It seems prepackaged. Honestly, I would source it from Big Jim but what do I know? Our Starter:- Jalapeno Poppers: I'm not pulling any punches here. These looked and tasted just like Ched 'R' Peppers you get from Sonic. When I ordered, I imagined that I was getting actual jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese. You are getting something probably frozen instead. My Main Order:- Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries: I really wish I had ordered a burger but I didn't. Instead I opted for the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich which was served open-faced on texas toast with house cole slaw. The chicken had flavor and was a good level of spice and the house slaw was good but it was only about a table spoon and I was left wanting more. Lastly, the fried chicken was seriously the smallest piece of chicken breast I've ever seen. It was slightly tough and over-fried and I was left really disappointed in the fact that I paid $14 for a chicken sandwich that was 1/3 or 1/2 the size of a chicken sandwich you'd find anywhere else. Her Main Order:- Nachos with pork carnitas: The nachos were slightly less than warm. We both felt the cheese came out of a can or some bottle. The veggies did seem fresh and the chips were good. Overall, this was $11 we could have spent on something else.Final Thoughts:- We want Upper Deck to succeed...really.- Make everything fresh. You're charging too much not to.- Keep your bartender...she's really good.- Either own that you are just serving frozen bar food or get your kitchen staff to put their money where your mouth is. People aren't going to fall for $5.00 for a handful of Costco Chedder Peppers very long and this is seriously something easy the kitchen staff can prep for real. C'mon.- If you're not going to make everything fresh, lower your prices. I paid $14 for a chicken sandwich (no sides..those were extra) and I could have bought three chicken sandwiches at Chick-fil-A for the same price, with way better flavor ...and those are even frozen!- You seriously have the best views around. Don't throw this all away for bar-level food.Hopefully this all helps. We'll be watching reviews and hope to come back when things turn around.

Very friendly and positive staff and their grenade burger is so tasty and juicy. We also like several of their specialty drinks. Will be coming back for sure.
