Good service, cooking on the stone was still fun. Unfortunately, the pros end there. Bread was bad, appetizers were just warmed up from frozen and not seasoned. Waited around 50 minutes for steaks they didn't even have to cook. One of us ordered a medium steak, and it came out well done. Grilled chicken looked too bad for me to even taste.

We went to Trappers on May 12 for our 38th wedding anniversary, which our anniversary, was actually that day, we had not been to trappers in a long time. , Since this was a special day trappers was our favorite. I can’t tell you how disappointed my husband and I were, we had not been there for quite a while, and it has changed a lot. 1st off we asked for Bread, waitress said we don’t do that anymore. 2nd it took quite a while for our food to come out. 3rd the food quality was not even close to what it used to be. 4th, after we were done with our dinner, we waited forever and the waitress never came, so I went up to the bar to have somebody find her so we could pay.And just to let you know, we were the only two people in the dining room, and there was one person sitting at the bar. Very disappointed!!!

This place is a nice tucked away Diamond that you must seek out and find! It’s a penthouse restaurant with panoramic views to enjoy. I frequent here for business meetings and the staff and manager are awesome, accommodating and exceptional! The food is great too! If you love seafood their Shrimp Alfredo is delicious! Come for the food, come for the service and atmosphere!!

A lot of blood/juice on the plate but this was the 2nd attempt at medium. I had to saw a piece off. Overdone very tough. The potatoes are extremely crunchy. Terrible food. The alfredo was awful it was very thin. Such a disappointing night. It also took 2 hours and now I have to go through a drive thru because I didn't eat. So much for date night.I felt so bad for our wait staff. They were amazing.

Taylor was our server tonight, she was perfection. She was kind, and helpful! Seriously ask for her next time you’re there. In 2019 I didn’t have the best experience but this time was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and cooking on the stone was fun ?Thank you Kathleen (manager) and Taylor for a wonderful night on my boyfriend’s and my anniversary.

We went there for our Anniversary it was like going to diner off of the highway there was no ambience and they didn't have a lot of things like no Bread but they did have Texas toast yay !!! or Baked potato's or some Steaks and some appetizers on the menu were not being served. Our service was ok but not great and the only thing that was like a nice Steak House was the $96.00 bill . Our meal consisted of steak french fries and a salad and we had iced tea to drink could have went to Denny's got a better meal we will never go back and do not recommend anybody going also !!!

The food was absolutely awful.

I felt horrible for my server. She was wonderful when everything else was. Definitely Not!Watered down drinks, a cold appetizer. And the best part, waiting nearly an hour to receive our food, after the cold appetizer. The alfedo sauce. Loose term, was bland and tasted like it came from a dry mix, but only half the mix like they were trying to save moneySteak cooked to the wrong temperature. I waited forever for them to bring my food, only at that time to be told they didnt have baked potatoes. They literally could have baked one in the time it took to get my food. The manager, brought us our food, but we didnt know it, she never identified herself as the manager, never apologized evenI really cannot think of anything that went correctly.Happy Valentines day to us.They wont see us in here ever again

I don’t know what happened since they re-opened but it’s by far not the same place. Slow service, terrible food and to top it off we waited over hour to get our “cook yourself” steak dinner, even though we ordered food with our drinks. Save your money and go somewhere else!

The steak was good but my kids hamburger was overcooked twice. I believe this used to be considered a chop house and was closed for a while during Covid and recently reopened. The price reflects a chop house or much better experience that wasn't met. When I first walked in, I felt like I was going into a hospital cafeteria. Being constructive, I would vote towards better décor, smell and warmer entry when coming in from the elevator. Whatever chemical is used on the floor is very noticeable like a hospital. There were people at 3 tables when we came in and we were sat closest to the kitchen door. Why not have the fireplace on and sit us closer. I know this is at the top of a hotel but you get the picture. At the end of the day I'm open to going again and seeing the growth and adjustments.
