Had 3 birra tacos a pastor taco and rice and beans. As a chubby guy myself I think 1 or two birra tacos would have been plenty, I didn't know they were going to be so large! Pastor tacos were really good with salsa, cilantro, onion and lime on them. They might have updated the recipe. The birra tacos were very flavorful and the consume they are served with is packed with flavor. Unfortunately our table all had over cooked tacos as the cheese melted out and burned a little more than my liking. The rice was a little undercooked or felt like it was sat in a pan for a little too long as it was crunchy. But I enjoyed the flavor. The beans had good flavor and were good.Salsa bar was full of many options from spicy to mild and full of cilantro and onion separated so if you want one or another or both, jalapeños, grilled pineapple for your pastor tacos, and as much lime as you can handle. That's a big plus as I usually put 2 limes on one taco!The atmosphere was good, music was pop and easy to listen too, had tbs and ABC playing on the tvs. Lady at the front was plenty nice and they had a stocked bar it seemed. I will definitely be back!
I'm giving this review four stars because I don't want to be mean and bring down the restaurant's rating. But I really did not like this restaurant at all. It was dirty, and I felt gross eating here. I have two main pieces of feedback for management:1. The tables and chairs need to be cleaner. When I visited this restaurant, almost all of the tables and chairs had crumbs on them. It was gross. (I arrived shortly after the store opened, so these crumbs were left from the day before. Which means these tables are not being cleaned nearly as often as they should be.)2. The salsa bar looked gross and unappetizing. I think this is just an inherent flaw with the concept of a self-serve salsa bar. I think it would be a good idea to just get rid of the salsa bar entirely and find some other way to serve the salsa and condiments. The buffet style just looks gross and unsanitary.The food itself was fine, but the overall lack of cleanliness made me really uncomfortable eating here.

Every item I have tried so far has been delicious. My Mexican wife loves eating here and seeing all the frida kahlo pictures. I would reccomend you to eat here.
The food was super tasty and the staff was polite! Honestly, I’m just happy to have a really good place in town to get super good tacos from! I hope more folks learn about this little hidden gem and keep them around for a long while.We got the taquitos, birria tacos, and the carne asada fries. All of it was really yummy and super fresh! Will definitely be going back.

Most Delicious tradition Mexican food in the town of Parker. Exactly like I had in the streets of Guadalajara. Very Very Authentic. My favorite part is being able to dress all the good food however I want with the many choices of the salsa bar. Definitely chef’s kiss of mouth watering flavorful food.
