I'm honestly surprised they're still open. They can't get an order right to save their lives. I heard it was under new management so I went back to see if things have changed. They have not. Got my order, there was maybe a pinch of sour cream in my burritos, almost like they said oops, there's not supposed to be sour cream. We asked for extra red sauce. There was none in any of our burritos. The taco shells taste as if they were stale. And don't get me started on if you order them through Uber eats. I advise you just make the extra trip and go to Del Taco. You'll actually get what you paid for.
This taco bell is horrible. Horrible customer service, expect to wait 45 minutes for food. They're also extremely rude. I used to love taco bell but honestly, I'm never coming back after the experience I had today. If you can, choose a different location or different restaurant entirely.
Would give a 0/5 stars if possible. They never get a single order right. I don't understand how a number 1 with rice is so hard to mess up. Didn't get cheese, lettuce or rice on my order. Went back a few days later ordered the same thing and only got meat and rice on my order. My gf wanted a supreme burrito with no tomato and the two times I ordered she only got one order right. The second time was a bean burrito. Definitely going to check every single item I order before leaving the establishment.
I have visited this location several times and never had a great experience but to feed kids what they want I keep going back, today was worthy of a review. At a joint Taco Bell/KFC restaurant, apparently KFC is "closed" on Sundays, according to the "oh so friendly" woman on the drive thru comms. Several taco bell items on the menu were out of stock... how I'm not sure when they are all basically the same ingredients. Very slow and unfriendly in general. Need new management and customer service education. Would not be surprised if it was closed sooner than later.
If I could give no stars I would. I ordered on Doordarsh. Order was soposed to be ready at 6:50 pm I was still waiting in the lobby an hour later for my order. This is not fast food. To wait sit down restaurant times at a fast food joint is ridiculous. I canceled my order as well as many others.
This store is always extremely understaffed. Employees goofing off most of the time. Went there today at 11:15 and sat at the drive through no one answering or anyone in sight. Then I went to the window and the girl looked at me and walked away. Waited a total of 20 minutes with no one answering. I even tried to call on the phone as well. I would leave less than one star if I could.
All their one star reviews or no joke: Wow this Taco Bell is horrible. Doors were locked, they ignore you for minutes at drive thru, they don’t answer phone (I was on a road bicycle and already paid, so i hoped someone may be decent and just walk my order over…sorry to be so entitled), they’re rude as can be, they refuse to fill water bottles (again I can’t go in, and I’m out of water and clearly NEED water), and they charged to give me WATER in cups that I didn’t need. They don’t even have trash cans available. Better than every Denver location though where they cuss you out.

They wrap the stuff funny. If you order thru one of the delivery apps they forget the sauce. The food is kinda sloppy made. But over all ut okay. If you hungry you hungry
Drive through is always quick, at least during our later night cravings. However, recently it seems they've been prioritizing speed over quality and accuracy. My wife called in to complain and whichever lady answered the phone would not let her finish a sentence. Definitely wouldn't recommend when they're staffed by their night crew.
