The standards of this location has reduced a lot compared to couple of years ago.. there were 3 employees and 0 customers, and every table except one was filthy. This location is costlier, and now they also mandate that you add a tip for your purchase..

The guy always seems like he doesn't even want to work here. Always complaining that he's tired. You have to keep repeating your order and he still gets it wrong. Very rude and unprofessional.

sub was almost double the price of the same sub i get anywhere else. the shorter man is not friendly and i don’t understand how i got the same sub down the street on a later date for nearly 1/2 of the price. new management/staff needed
Paid $6.50 for a "veggie" sub. Asked for more meat and they said it would be extra. Apparently "one scoop" of rotisserie chicken is the standard for a 6" sub. Got 1/2 a scoop instead. Disappointed that I do come here quite often and never have I been charged so much for a veggie sandwich when I paid for meat to be on here.
Order ahead feature in the app reduces my wait times. 4/5 times the order is ready when i arrive
Poor service got two sandwiches and two bags of chips and total was 32 dollars .... music was blaring so loud you couldn't under stand the workers. Will not be going back
Staff was very friendly and we got our meals fast and as expected.
Always a good fast choice. Got the steak & cheese. Very good toasted.
