This is our new go to place for sandwiches. The one we used to visit changed owners and has really gone downhill, but this location is much better. Even though they were training a new employee who was not as familiar with the menu, the others were very good at supporting the new guy. They were still able to make our sandwiches quickly and we didn't have to wait long.

Order was placed at 8:15, and continually put off until the store cancelled it at 9:30 without any kind of refund. They then closed the store, so I was not able to contact them about what happened.Hopefully the Subway app allows refunds, however I cannot currently find it in their User Interface.

This was the worst Subway experience I have ever had - the owner was yelling at employees and when I spoke to him about the way he speaks to employees he said they were his kids and I should not give him feedback on his parenting. Told me what I thought made not one ounce of difference to him. This man is a horrible father and business man. Very rude to customers also.

Heard the owner yelling at employees while we were dining in. When he walked out a comment was made to him about how disappointing it was to hear him speak to his employees like that and his response was, they are my kids and then proceeded to state he didn’t care about our business, opinions, or concerns. Extremely disappointing to watch the owner of this establishment blatantly disrespect customers when they were showing concern for the treatment of his employees.

Terrible customer service! Super unfriendly! I asked a question and he just answered with a few words with strong attitude and the guy is not wearing hairnet since he’s got long hair. After paying, he didn’t even care to ask if I need receipt and he walked away. I mean the Tall guy Sunday afternoon shift.

I have only been to this Subway once and that was enough for me to never go back. If zero stars was an option I would have left that.Instead of the Subway staff trying to help a non English speaking family order their meal they were intentionally rude. The only people the staff appeared to care for or want to help was the woman in line complaining about how long it was taking.Do better Subway. Thumbs down ?

I ALWAYS have great service at this Subway! The owner, Liz, has put together a fantastic team here and is often present, supporting her team members and assisting customers! Beautiful remodel of the entire interior in 2021 would lead you to believe that this place just opened brand new this year, but has actually been a staple in our Parker community since the early 90's. Wonderful, healthy food, great prices for a filling meal, and excellent service the entire time we have lived here (since 1992). Thanks Liz!Kevin Weber

Some punk hacked my Subway account and ordered two sandwiches for online pick up without my authorization. I called the store and spoke to Liz. She was so helpful, understanding and canceled the order for me. I will change my password and remove payment methods from my account. I just want to say THANK YOU LIZ! You're the best!

I walked in on Friday December 3rd 2021, between the hours of one an two pm. The manager turned the lights off as I approached the resturant. I entered and waited for a minute or two, then asked the manager if the location was open. She stated, no, they were having an employee meeting and to come back in twenty minutes. I used to visit this location bi-weekly, but will not be retunring, I cannot imagine what your meeting would have covered, I am sure your topic was not customer service.
