We were told the pop machine was broken. It wasn’t. They ran out of bags they said. But then they said they might be in the back. Not a great experience today.

Walked in at 630pm and only employee working was apparently on break. She proceeded to be extremely unprofessional and started berating me for opening the gate that goes across the entrance. The gate was open when I walked in. What kind of restaurant is closed during dinner time for an employee break. Owner should definitely get her replaced asap as their business is for sure suffering from her attitude. As a business owner I found this astounding.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Employee locked the store to go smoke a cigarette, came back in didn’t wash her hands and immediately started to handle products. When she walked past me to get into the store she made eye contact with me, said nothing and closed the gate behind her. Walmart employees were inside of the store chatting and no one said a word. Mind you it’s 2:15 on a Monday. You should probably make sure the store is open in the afternoon, the employees should maybe wash their hands and not wreak of cigarettes and should at acknowledge customers waiting.
Want to get food with my son. Very grumpy woman who made us the sandwiches came over and yelled at us for sitting on the table telling me to read the sign saying the the area is blocked. I didn't even see the sign since it was written on a small cardboard with a pen. Apparently they cannot effort a real sign. The woman had a disgusting attitude. Thanks subway!
Warning: this location is not accepting coupons. The employee was nice enough to match my coupon, but there is nothing indicating the location doesn't accept coupons.
Very rude attitude
If you have Subway coupons, don't bring it to this store. They will not take it and will not give you a reason. The indian manager won't give me a reason. Also, they are skimping on the meat. I hope corporate would see this and take action.What good is sending coupons in the mail if you can't use it?
Too bad I can't leave 0 stars! Now I know why this place is always empty! Will never go back. Skimped our our meat and when they were called out on it they reluctantly added more. We frequent Subway shops so we knew what was going on! The Mgr from India was very rude! I hope your district manager reads this!!
This place was gross! Very dirty. They were out of all bread except white. They were out of tomatoes and she said they had some in back but didn’t want to go slice them. My daughter always gets the meatballs. She had them for dinner and then threw up that night. No other symptoms and she said she felt so much better after. They were out of numerous other ingredients as well.
Great subs at a great price, and always outstanding customer service at this store in South Parker next to King Soopers.
