I normally don't post negative reviews, but unfortunately this needs to be addressed. I would avoid any and all chicken at this location, and maybe even subway as a whole. I found a pretty large chicken bone in my sandwich and nearly choked on it. The employees were perfectly nice, but either there was a mistake in the supply chain, or improper preparation. See the pic of the lays chip to get an idea of how big it was.

New kid was amazing 5 star! Employee helping also 5 star she was so supportive of said new employee. Manage or someone from back gives it a 2 star. Rude from the time I walked in and she heard my chopped salad order. Argued with me regarding a chopped salad vs protein salad. There is a difference and it’s not just one is not chopped up. I’m sorry to see chopped salads being discontinued but I’m sure someone at another restaurant will make me one. Management will teach their new employees to like their job if they at least act like they like theirs.

Stopped in to pick up an online order and I was early as I submitted in route. I got in line with the other customers and when I was next I told the lady (Lisa, who claimed to be a manager) I placed an online order. She told me to hang out as ahe has 15 min before online orders have to be made. I told her that is why I got in line so it could just be made. She glared and I told her to just refund and cancel or make the sandwich. Claims she can't refund but doesn't know why there isn't an option Online to do it iether. She was a real batch and the only reason this wasn't one star is the other lady(much younger but didn't fit a name) was very nice and quickly made a tasty sandwich.

Bread was very dry and stale. Worst subway sandwich I've had in a long time. Will not be back.

This place should be CLOSED DOWN!!!! I've been coming to this location for 3 years and never had any issues. Went in today,ordered my sandwich and got to check out and was told I could't use a coupon. I said I've always used coupons here, the clerk said well we have a new owner and he doesn't accept corporate coupons. I'm sorry, isn't this a Subway? She said yes , but we're a franchise and we don't follow corporate guidelines. This place is terrible since the new owner took over in November. How does a Subway franchise store, not accept a Subway coupon? I will gladly take my money elsewhere.Not deserving of 1 star!!!!

Really disappointed in the sandwiches the last 3 times I’ve gone. They have cut back on how much meat they use. It’s just one layer of each meat. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I hope management sees this. Female chris or kris..... is fantastic. Super sweet, great mood, very helpful and polite. I will go as long as she is there. Made our day:)
