Very good customer service. All crews are very nice.
Sunday May 15th. @2:05 my daughter & I ordered drinks at the drive thru. I usually get great service & drinks from location # 48008 in Parker but they totally dropped the ball that day.I ordered a lemonade w/ strawberry purée & peach juice. Have ordered this before & it’s great. It came to us with zero ice, warm…. It was a hot day that day. I hate to hold up the line & we had to go so we just took it home & put it on ice. Not the end of the world but just disappointed. No ice? Come on guys. Who would want that kind of drink warm? We wanted to drink it THEN.The dude should have noticed the drink & asked us about it. Just wanted to share. We were frustrated. ????
This Starbucks is always great. The line usually moves pretty fast, but I normally hit it just right and there is no line at all.
My friend works here so, needless to say, it's the best Starbucks around! On a serious note, I love this location. It's always been quick, convenient, and delicious. The price is an issue, though. That's a universal complaint, but this particular chain is particularly egregious. Alas, this location has no control. Grab a drink on your dime.
This store is a little (actually quite large) gem! Ambiance is nice and drive thru is laid out nicely and runs pretty fast!
I ordered a cold drink and a hot drink, they gave me both hot, I was short on time and the girl told me that if I want a cold drink I should wait longer. This is the second time that my order has not been taken properly and I waste time and money. In addition they are always out of product
They are always out of product. It is nice that they are friendly however, not when there’s 10 cars in line.
Just as I await probably the easiest drink to make for the baristas I was welcomed in immediately by the staff, not being a regular and receiving a welcome like that always is a wonderful way to begin a day. Even when a full drive through line outside awaits their choice beverage, I couldn’t tell by the staffs laughter that it was even phasing them. I was in and out in under 5 min and with a great social interaction to start my day. Absolutely will be back more regularly. (My drink was finished amidst writing this review and had to finish it in the car.)
