It's SO GOOD. Every flavor, the custard, the options of ice cream/ drinks/ mixes. You can't go wrong. It's like heaven.
I’m not sure what the issue is with service workers in the food and beverage industry here in Colorado. There seems to be a lack of cleanliness and regard for others where food safety is concerned. How is it that fresh out of a pandemic someone is handling your food without washing their hands or putting on gloves? Anyone reading this…your children are getting their first jobs but the parents have forgotten to teach you how to wash your hands. It’s disgusting that you have to request someone handling your cone to wash their hands first. Why is the same person that’s handling the money also handling the food? I’m so over the looseness of sanitary practices here.
I mean it’s great! And apparently they have a great custard I haven’t tried yet looking forward to coming in soon to try it out!
Came in tonight and saw the same two girls I usually do and they are always so kind and helpful! Even so close to them closing they let me try flavors and helped me make a decision!! This place rocks, I would definitely recommend!!
I came in here last night, on Tuesday, and there was a dude and a girl working. The dude, who I forgot his name, had an airpod in while talking to me, which I find extremely disrespectful. Not to mention, the poor girl he was working with was doing all of the work, that the dude could have been assisting with. Maybe check on your employees.
Love Rita's Water Ice as I am from the East Coast where it all started. The great thing is that they understood traditional italian ice flavor started with lemon, expanded to include cherry (as you can find with some of the older grocery store brands that have been around longer than Rita's). On the east coast, both lemon and cherry are always in stock, however the locations out this way don't follow the tradition, which is why I only give it 4 stars. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.
Taste of the east coast right here in Parker! Lived in Maryland for a while and was happy to see this Rita’s open up. Delicious gelatos.
They were supposed to be open at 12 yet they aren't open. I am extremely disappointed because they were supposed to be open but they weren't and there was no reason as to why they were closed.The Italian ice and Gelato are amazing, only problem was that they switched their hours yet didn't update at the store, and the old hours were there. I do recommend you coming here because their frozen treats are amazing.
I absolutely adore this place, it has great custard and usually great customer service. I just wish they would give their employees some chairs to sit on so they would not sit on the counter. Kinda gross.
If you like Custer this place is great. They have lots of choices the people behind the counter are very nice maybe just a tad bit expensive but what is it lately lol… This is the only one I know now it’s in Parker.
