Food is good...when they get it right...my wife and I get take two to three times a month. We do do a few modifications, nothing extreme. But in between the order taker and the kitchen staff, there is always some screw up on the kitchens part. Items missing and still being charged, meat overcooked, quite frequently, or they forget to put something on, or add something we didn't order, it's too bad that yhe kitchen manager is not holding these guys responsible. Being a takeout, I'm not gonna take apart the order while standing in line, so their screw-up is not discovered till after we get home. I am sure that the in-store dining cannot be as bad as this. It's too bad, because WHEN they get it right it's good food, but that's only about a third of the time. It's mostly a crapshoot.
Great food, awesome service. Exhausted after our flight as we were visiting from out of state and this definitely was a wise choice for lunch. Such an upbeat atmosphere, food was delicious and our waiter was A+.
We always enjoy going to Red Robin. Their burgers are always spot-on, and their drinks are cold. The bottomless fries are a nice perk. One of our recent favorites is the Donatos pizza; we get a small one as an appetizer.
My favorite Red Robin! Very calm and chill. Staff is super nice! Out server was Zachary and he was awesome! I got better service from his at Red Robin than I did at top notch restaurant last week!From now on, when kids are craving Red Robin, we are going to this one, even though it is not the closest location.
Our server, Mandy, was amazing! She was funny, and told us some hilarious stories. She was busy but took her time with us. The food was delicious and we were stuffed!!
Ordered online for curbside, got to the restaurant, called and told them my spot #, they said they’d be right out. 15 minutes later no food, I walked in and my food was sitting right there, cold. I asked why they didn’t bring it out when I called and the guy just shrugged and said he didn’t know. Awful customer service. Why would I call for curbside and then have to still go in after they said they’d bring it out?
We always have a great experience at Red Robin. The food is always good or they make it right and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurants are always clean. This is a family favorite!
Servers are super friendly and personable but every time I've been to this location it takes forever to get food when there's less than 10 tables dining, and the food usually isn't cooked right.
I hate to leave a poor review, as we love RR. Came to this location on Mother’s Day forlunch, and had a terrible experience. Service was beyond slow and hint of rude in their tone, my son’s chocolate milk was made with sour milk, food took over 45 min to get once ordered, and kids meals were cold when they finally made it to our table. Had to ask several times for drink refills. I would have more grace if they were busy, but they were not overwhelmed. The Arapahoe Rd and I25 location is so much better. Go to that one.
The chicken I had wasn’t too bad but wasn’t really hot. More like lukewarm. The fires were soggy and not warm either. Red Robin is the furthest thing from a gourmet spot ? especially for burgers and stuff.
