Today July 2 2022 at 630 my kiddo came in for an orderShe did not realize what last time I had put on order as there are twoI get that you all don’t know who we are but the rudeness she encountered was uncalled for. Young black haired girl looked at her as if she was a jerk I’m sure because my kiddo wears mask to protect herself and others as she just recovered from Covid and works in healthcare . Then a young boy was acting a jerk to her as well. When I came in the girl was rude to me as well! I am almost 50 and this was just some young teen being rude even to me? I also wear a mask as I work in healthcare. Let me explain that we wear masks to keep not only you but our patients safe. It is our duty as we are in the health field. If that was the reason for the rudeness then small minded …..but second we have been coming here for years!! My kiddo never wants to go back so now …..you have lost our large families business. All for being rude and unkind whatever the reason. Your customers are why you have a job. Seems you should all think twice when handling . Maybe you all need a course in customer service or should be working in an office with no windows sorting mail where you do not interact with customers. Same on you for making another feel uncomfortable.
I stopped in to get the cheese crusted quesadilla. I have seen the cheese crust all over social media so I was excited to try it. The quesadilla was filled with chicken, spicy crema, cheese and their queso which tasted pretty good. However the execution of the cheese crust just wasn't there. Barely any crust on the outside if any and was super soft and hard to eat. Even for a regular quesadilla standard it had no crisp.
Usually good, today I apparently ordered a steak soup?Weak portion control or something and cold steak. Tastes ok, kinda weak for $11+
Glad they serve breakfast here! Not all locations do this so make sure to try it out sometime. Overall, everything you'd expect but a step up from Chipotle due to more options and flavors and seems to offer better quality. Staff have always been friendly and clean seating area.
Our order was for take out. Would have given a higher rating except for the fact that they charge way too much for chips and tiny cup of guacamole. Another restaurant in town charges about the same price but give about three times as much as QDOBA. Also, they didn't use enough lime juice so the top of the guacamole was brown. I didn't see that until after we got home.
Very tasty bowls. Pick up for to go orders was very seamless. Ordering app could use some work though.
It was my first time going back to this place in years since I quit my vaping and smoking and my Family tried what I brought home was very fresh. Thanks.
I live in castle rock and hate the one near me (the outlets one they are very rude). I will drive to this location because of the service. Especially one of the managers Morgan, she is extremely nice, and pays attention to the details. All the employees are nice too.
Bad attitudes and no lid for the food they are using tin foil super unprofessional. Definitely won't be back!! ?️
I always order pickup because of my job, and for some reason the online menu always has the Tazo tea as unavailable, so I order a coke, and then ask to switch it when I get there, they are the same price. It's never a problem, except when the female Hispanic manger is working, her attitude is always like I'm the problem....um hello, I'm the paying customer and it's not my fault that there's a problem with the online menu.
