Pizza Hut didn't deliver my pizzas and didn't call me either...I need to get refunded. Also tried to call several times and on hold for 10 to 15 minutes.
They gave me a different customers order last week, after waiting on hold over 15 minutes issues a credit. Tried to use the credit this week and they lost my order again. Tried to call to speak with a a manager and they didn’t answer the phone. Drove to store and decided to eat elsewhere, pizza pans were being dropped on the floor, very disorganized and wouldn’t trust it
Absolutely stunning! From order to eating, this was the best pizza experience we have had since we have lived in Parker! Seriously, well done! The driver alerted us to his arrival and gave us a friendly wave from a safe distance, respecting our current status. The pizza was piping hot, super fresh and absolutely delicious! Cheese, toppings, sauce and especially the crust (it was immaculately stuffed) was perfectly prepared! You have earned our return business and praise! We look forward to seeing you on our next order!
We ordered the big box deal. We ordered a Supreme, and a Meat Lovers. They made both pizza's Supreme, and had toppings on wrong pizza. We also ordered Cinnamon sticks with extra icing, but didn't get the extra icing. We had special instructions asking No Doorbell Please Knock. When order arrived we were 10 ft away from front door waiting for a knock. The driver never knocked, and just left in on our porch. When we called the manager said she would talk to driver about knocking since it was in the instructions. She also said she would send out a replacement Cinnamon sticks with an extra icing. We waited again, and again the driver just left it on our porch with out knocking. The order also was just 2 regular icings. We never got the cream cheese icing we paid for. We debated about the tip since PH charges almost $6 for delivery fee which the drive doesn't see. So we left a bit over $6 for the tip. Next time no tip since driver's can't follow instructions, and at least knock to let someone know their food has arrived.
Have always enjoyed this place have always ordered. But tonight feb 5 Saturday 8:30pm. My food was honestly disgusting. the 3 men that were there didn't care my breadsticks were cold and the butter was still frozen on top. My wing was the most disgusting part. One of my pizza didnt even have crust it was burned off. It was disgusting. The new people hired are disgusting.

Horrible place. This is the second time I have been very disappointed here. First time was when I had a carry out order and when I walked in the staff completely ignored me for 10 minutes all while my order was just sitting on the counter in front of them. Second time was today, they were missing more than half my order after estimated 1hr and started making it when we got there. Waited about total 1hr 20 minutes. And just got a simple “sorry”. The people making the food don’t have their masks on correctly, no gloves touching all the food, and everything is just very unsanitary.
If you are short staffed, why not turn off or decrease delivery orders? Two people to make, cut, box and check out customers in store is not enough, and leaves pizza cold and customers waiting.
Ordered for contactless delivery to car- said "here" in the app, then had to call them about 10 min later. They then brought it out to the car, which was fine. Once home (5min drive away), the pizza was cold and we had to microwave it. Not sure what happened, but it was not the best "hot and fresh pizza" experience.
The pizza hut employees are legendary. Their service makes 5 star restaurants look like trash town fast food. I have never been treated so well in my entire life, they told me words like "Hey" and "Thanks" my heart is in tears of just beauty of kindness.
