I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food here. It’s hard to find truly authentic Asian food here in Colorado. We ordered the Brisket pho, Special Noodle Plate and a Louisiana roll. The beef in the pho was tender and the broth was tasty. The beef and chicken were nicely grilled in the noodle plate which added that extra flavor. The shrimp was a bit over cooked and chewy though. The Louisiana roll was AWESOME!!!!! Wow! Worth every penny. Definitely coming back because the server was fast, kind and helpful and the food was a nice fusion of Japanese and Vietnamese food.

This Asian bistro caters to all tastes. It tries to do a little bit of everything. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the place was busy for the middle of the week. I was disappointed with the food. I had the Pho and it was okay. The meat looked more like cold cuts than sliced beef, and the broth tasted more like plain chicken stock than a beef bone broth infused with spices. The waiter was attentive and checked on me regularly, but it took a while to get chili oil.

Their food is excellent but the service is poor. Don’t go here if you expect your drink before your food or to even get everything you ordered. Unfortunately they are short staffed but they’ve been like this since I’ve been coming here for a year and a half. For my family the food is most important so we keep coming back but I would love to see them get on their feet a bit more… my dining experience would be much more enjoyable.

It was unfortunately the first and last time I would go to this restaurant. The restuarant is clean, I loved the sushi chefs infront and the staff was nice.Unfortunately, the pho was horrible. The broth was extremely watered down and Luke warm. The noodles were over cooked. There were far to much noodles. The meat was tough and over cooked.

Delicious and large portions for a good price. Highly recommend!

I just ate here for lunch. I ordered the grilled pork chops. The menu says it's two pork chops but the chops were so thin, it was really one chop. Two really thin chops that would have been less than a half an inch thick. The menu says it comes with veggies. Can you guess what those were? That's right, chopped lettuce with sparse Julian carrots. That's the veggies. It comes with some cucumber and bean sprouts. I paid $16.50 tip and tax included. I don't think it was worth that. It was good though. The place is nice and very clean.willwill be back to try other dishes. Maybe I chose the worst of the lot.

Food was decent. With that being said, the staff was rude, and had no sense of customer service or hospitality, both on the phone and in person.

I love this Pho place! I’m there at least once a week. Everyone is always friendly and takes great care of us. Helen often takes care of me when I’m there and she’s wonderful! 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating!

Service is not so good anymore. They used to be amazing, but maybe popularity changes a place for the worst. Foods not the same and service is not the same. This is in regards to the Pho. The sushi bar maybe different, but I have yet to try it

We went on Halloween so this is a little delayed but it was so good! This used to be our favorite Pho place, we hadn't realized they just moved and were very happy to find them again. They were very busy but still had fast and friendly service. I really hate the QR menu thing, but I do understand it. Their food is so good! I don't like getting actual pho when I dine in because I don't like carrying the leftovers home but their rice bowls are amazing! Whatever that slightly pink sauce is that they pour over the rice right before serving is delicious and I must find out what it is. Massive servings, good price point. Definitely will be coming back!
