5:35 PM : your carryout order will be ready in 24 to 35 minutes.6:07 PM : I arrived to get my carryout order. It's not ready and they asked me to wait. I asked if it's in the oven, and they say it is.6:15 PM : I noticed in the assembly station that they just start making my order. It was a large order with specific items, so I was sure it was mine.For the next 30 minutes I watch my order get made, and go into the oven cook, get boxed up and then finally hand it to me.6:45 PM : they hand me my orderHad the employee been honest when I arrived and told me that my order had not even been made yet, I would have canceled it and walked out.One star review is not because this location was backed up. It's for the employee that straight up lied, or simply didn't care enough to go check if my food was in fact in the oven.

Absolutely the worst experience ever!!! I ordered my pizza at 5:26pm quoted 45-54 mins and they’ve yet to start on my order! This is after waiting over an hour. I went in and was assured my order would be ready within the next this 25 minutes after waiting an hour 15 minutes still hasn’t been made. I then asked for them to cancel the order and refund me. The guy straight up ignored me. I completely understand being short staffed but when you provide an update of 25 minutes and more than time has allotted totaling over 80 mins of waiting for an order then saying orders are taking up to two hours?? Then I bring my valid concerns about the wait and the time you promised me to you and you tell me you don’t want to argue. No, I’m not arguing I’m simply asking for a status of my order that the Papa John’s tracker hasn’t updated. Such wonderful customer service. Totally wouldn’t recommend due to abysmal service and lack of wanting to actually update paying customers.

Always a great experience with awesome customer service. Also, the fact they provide Military Discount always ranks higher in my places to visit! Thank You for the awesome work and quick service this business provides!

After 4 hours of waiting, I never got my pizza. I tried calling after 1.5 hours and the person said they were backed up and then hung up on me. How do you steal someone's money and never deliver their food? Or follow up? I will never order from them again and advise everyone not to order from Papa Johns in Parker unless you want actual food delivered instead of broken promises. Shame on you!

Grab a seat, this is going to be a long one.First and foremost, I don't find it the least bit surprising that the overwhelming majority of reviews at this location are so low. However, I do wonder how much money this branch is costing Papa John's on a regular basis considering that this location is completely fine giving away money and food for every order they've messed up.I've ordered from this location five times in the last half year and my order was only correct once. Unfortunately that order took over two hours to arrive.I've held off on reviewing the location based off my sour experiences in hopes that maybe new management would step in or new staff would right the common errors.Their current manager; "JJ" is clearly unfit to run this store or deal in customer service whatsoever. In my experiences; when alerting him to the situation of an order being incorrect or missing parts he has interrupted me and outright denied responsibility for forgetting vital parts of the order that were paid for. When requesting that the missing part of the order be delivered or refunded for the difference, he told me that he would be happy to let me come pick up what's missing. When asking if he planned on refunding the delivery fee to compensate me driving to pick up the rest of the order they forgot; he abruptly hung up on me. When calling back to try to right the situation again, he pretended not to be there so he didn't have to talk to me. I gave up on this location after that.For the record, this isn't a review of Papa John's. It's a review of this particular location and the management. I hate leaving one star reviews but sadly it needs to be done to get the point across and it would appear that I'm not alone in this with a quick glance at the other reviews. I'm sure others as well as I would love to do business again with this branch in the future, but the people need to see improvement before that can happen.

Ordered a pizza today VIA phone and waited over 2 hours only to have my order cancelled. I attempted nearly 20-30 calls in order to find out what was going on… no answer any of the times I reached out. Attempted to contact the manager on duty and was hung up on immediately. I understand short staffing and busy hours, but to be completely ignored and to have the order just never delivered is absolutely unacceptable. I always give the benefit of doubt but this has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had with ANY papa Johns. Do not recommend.

Several times in a row, after sending an online order, I have received a message advising my order was cancelled! I then call the store only to be hung up on, and then I call back as much as 5 times, only to have it ring, they pick up and proceed to hang up on me, and it is always the same person that answers……I remember his name!!! I called the main office and they advised that the cancellation came from the store, but offered no help or compensation! Have been a good customer for many years, but no more! I’ll spend my hard earned money where my business is appreciated! This review is for the Parker, CO store!

Pizza was just okay. Only went due to a school fundraiser. Placed the order on the phone. Was clearly not with the actual store but a call center. When arrived, the location did not have the order. Reordered and waited. When the order was finished and we were leaving, the employees stated the phone ordered had just come in. Location had great employees but the process to order on the phone was very poor.

Five stars for the years of good service we received, and Papa Johns is the best pizza as far as my family goes. Minus three stars, for the service we have been receiving the last year. Full disclosure, my family does not order pizza often so this could constitute 4-6 pizzas. The last many times we have ordered from this location it was clear that the toppings were starting to move ever closer to the center, to the point I was getting at least 2" of crust around my pizza. My last order, the pizza showed up with the crust being undercooked in a large section of the pizza, I actually tried to see if it would still work back into a dough ball, but it was at least cooked past that point. In the process for cooking pizza I don't understand how this happens unless they managed to get something under that area of the pizza while it was running through the cooker. We still choose Papa Johns when it is coming from other locations, but we will not be purchasing from this location any more.

I ordered a large cheese pizza and was charged as such. They gave me a medium cheese pizza. When I called about the error, they said I could bring it in and they would make it again, waiting another hour, or they would give me a free pizza next time, then the employee hung up on me. I tried to redeem the free pizza 3 times. Each time I called, I was either transferred to another call center or told to call the call center directly. Then the call center sent me back to the store, then back to the call center, then back to the store. Except this time, the store was in Texas. I had to start the process all over again. After ~20 minutes on the phone, I was told it would be 1.5 hours if I wanted the pizza. Not only can this restaurant not make a simple order, they then refuse to make it right. The amount of time wasted trying to get the free pizza costs more than the pizza. I recommend literally any other pizza place.
