I will not be returning to this location for a very long time. On this visit, I made an order online at 8:40 with a 9:00 rapid pick-up. I got near the location early, so ran to Target to pick up a couple things. Got to Panera around 9, and told them I had a rapid pick-up. I was told it was nearly ready. A large line then formed, and the manager took a phone order. At 9:13, a different rapid pick-up order was brought out, so I informed the manager that I'd been waiting since 9. She brought my order out 2 minutes later, and offered the excuse that 15 egg orders had come in.This is not my first bad experience with this location, and it appears to be a common trend with this location to be fairly lackadaisical about how they handle customer interactions and order timelines.
I had a egg bacon cheese sandwich cost $6.29. Had on it one egg, 1 peice of bacon, and a slice of cheese. Very small. I will not return. I will go back to the Bagel Stop Cafe we're you get your money's worth.
Decent menu, but always run out of breakfast early. A couple of the cashiers act like they're doing a favor by taking your order, but it's only 2.When I dine in... Spot on orders.When GrubHub... Forget it. Always missing something or something's wrong. Just ordered a sandwich on brioche and a drink... Got the harder bread instead and no straw. Sounds silly... But just get it right.When I pick up .. they are spot on.I just wish there was more consistency with delivery orders.
Lately I've been disappointed with this parker location. I order extra horse radish every time and pay for it, but never get it. Today when I was in there 3 people ahead of me and me all had to go back up to the counter and ask for forks because we didn't get one. When I went up there, I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and nobody did so I finally just interrupted them to ask for a fork. Also the portions of salad dressing are ridiculous. The little cup they gave me was enough to cover 3 bites of my salad and the rest of my salad was eaten without dressing. Management here is awful.
Wasn't a total bad experience as the food was great. They did mess up on one of our sandwiches and they took forever to get it corrected, things happen but there seemed to not be a lack of urgency to correct the order.Friendly staff overall tho.
Prompt service and tasty breakfast sandwiches! Last few times we've been in, they have always been out of something; seems like a lot of places are having that issue these days. Other than that, love Panera ❤
Loved the curbside delivery. It allowed me to get our food without dragging the kids out of the car!
I love Panera. I even worked at a different location for a while. This location however has lacked accuracy to the point where I stopped calling to complain because I order so often that it was wasting my time. I haven't received an accurate order in years but I still order frequently because the food that comes is good. The most common issues are missing drinks and pastries. For the cost and with the thorough training I expect better though. Double check delivery and rapid pick ups better, please!
Parking is a mess, prices are expensive, some staff are unprofessional and observed violating health code. But, dining area is nice and clean. There is plenty of seating broken into small cozy sections. While some staff were unprofessional, others were friends and helpful.
Took one bite of my sandwich, opened it up and this is what I found. Possibly rotten avocado and basically no chicken or really any other filling.
