After waiting for 30 minutes on my order they gave me the wrong order I told the lady that was in the front and she gave me a rude attitude and said that's what you order I told her no that's not what I ordered. She remade my order but after 20 minutes of waiting when they gave me my order she forgot my flatbread and I asked her I'm sorry to be a pain but you guys forgot my bread she roll her eyes give me an attitude and then after another couple minutes the manager actually gave me the bread and he didn't even say apology or nothing he just ignore me and gave me the bread without looking to my eyes. I was just asking for what I paid for. They really need some customer service training.

First time back to restaurant in a few years..it seemed to go downhill. Randomly went for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised! New manager is the real deal! Came to our table, extremely polite and personable. AT NOODLES! Came to table, asked us how our food was!! Ps food was great, new dishes were great. We will be returning!

So confused why when I try to order delivery from this location, any customization on a meal is denied? I don't like the noodles the buttered noodles come with and would prefer something else. Why offer a customization option if you don't actually offer it?

Bad customer service. At 7:02pm I went and asked if I can get a small kids meal to my child after we were there for like 30 minutes eating already. They could have told us if we want something a second before they closed the kitchen.They said: technically we're closed.So technically I will never step into this restaurant !!!

Not the best Pad Thai I've ever had. Way to much onion. Ended up having to trade it for shrimp scampi which was better.

Why do they charge for the “protein” of a meal when it’s advertised as already coming with the dish? It is ridiculous for them to charge an extra 5 dollars on a dish that supposedly already should have it included.

Refused to take any orders at the register, made us download the app to place an order. They say it's due to staffing, yet 1 guy's main job is bagging the food ? I'm sorry but that's a bit ridiculous. There's 4 people! 4 people can't run a store? Qdoba & Chipotle don't seem to have any issues with that many people. Why can't the person that's bagging also take orders? He's sitting there for most of the time waiting. Also couldn't use my military discount since they forced us to use an app. I'm pretty sure corporate wouldn't be cool with this...

Food was hot, tasted great and ready for pick up on time.

Friendliest staff ever! They correct any error immediately and the food is always hot and delicious! I swear you get more for your money at this location than the others. Their sides are disappointing though.

This Noodles location usually does a good job but I am very disappointed in my order tonight. I ordered the Korean BBQ beef with extra sauce because it is always very dry and they went WAY overboard and it was literally soup because there was so much sauce. Also barely any beef. The chicken in our other entree didn’t taste right either. I will be double checking my orders before leaving from this location in the future.
