Mici's quality and customer service have really declined over the course of the past year. We recently ordered takeout for Father's day, and discovered the lasagna (which we've had before and very much enjoyed) was literally missing a few layers. There were 2 noodles and a bit of mozzarella cheese. We called the store to report the mistake, and they ensured us we had the right order. After I expressed my displeasure, they eventually agreed to reimburse the dish. The reimbursement never came.I really hope Mici's is able to correct their quality control issues. I look forward to being able to order from them again.
Pizza was delicious. It's a great place for kids. They brought a baseball size ball of dough for my grandson to play with. ?
Very disappointed. The bill was over 60.00 way too much for 3 dishes of pasta and the two at the front not so nice. We even mentioned we were first time visitors and she still couldn’t answer questions with out acting like we were bothering her. The table chairs were dirty, no worries I will ask for a towel to clean them off. Again the lady at the front acted like I just shot her dog. Then never wiped the chairs. I had to take a bunch of napkins to clean it and dry the table she wiped in two spots. Our three dishes were not good because the pasta was not cooked correctly. The bow tie sauce was so thick with flour or whatever thinking material they used it was more like paste. I wasn’t going to say anything because of the above issue. Then they asked…well, don’t ask if you don’t want to know. They offered to refund the dish, I said ok and then was insulted when they brought back a coupon for a 10.00 cheese pizza to cover my 15.00 bow tie pasta with chicken. I gave the coupon to a little girl sitting near us.
Always a great family friendly experience everytime we come. Always fresh, fast and fun.
We ate here regularly for the last 18 months, however we won't be going back. Normally the staff has been very friendly until recently. The blonde with glasses that works the front counter and acts like she's doing you a favor by taking your order is quite possibly the most annoying human in Parker. I get people have bad days but after the last three visits and being exposed to her snotty attitude, we'll dine elsewhere. There are plenty of Italian Restaurants in the area with better food and not to mention, appreciate their customers. Let us know when she gets replaced by a kiosk and we'll come back!
Been here a few times and it's been great every time! The staff is friendly and they gave us a 16" pizza for free our first time there because there was a small tear in the first pizza we ordered. The pizzas themselves were also excellent, I couldn't even see the cheese because the toppings were on so thick. It was the best crust I've ever had, I highly recommend their calzones for this reason, it's just perfectly crunchy yet soft inside. The gelato was pretty pricey but the pizza is the best in town!
Mici as an in person restaurant is quite good! My family loves going there. However, when it comes to DoorDash they are TERRIBLE. I believe it has something to do with the relationship they have with DoorDash, but basically they get orders wrong and sometimes don’t even deliver. I have contacted them and they have told me (quite rudely in some cases) that there is nothing they can do to compensate or refund me, and that I have to call DoorDash customer service (even though DoorDash has told me that the restaurant should be handling issues like this). This has been a huge disappointment. I really hope they get this fixed with DoorDash, or I may not use them again. :(
The Gluten Free Pizza is a 5 Star, the Customer Experience a 5 Star, and the whole dine or dine out is totally a 5 star rating!! The Mici team especially from the top cares about their customers 100% first and foremost!!!
I was hoping to order a pan of spaghetti from the catering menu for my family on Easter Sunday. I was unable to because they needed more time to plan and prepare food which I normally understand. Though I did ask the question what would've happened if I ordered 6 plates of spaghetti off the normal menu, and the manager said it would be fine. I responded with, couldn't you just put that in the catering pan since it's the same amount of work? Was told "no, we can't order off the catering menu. I didn't respond afterwards, just said thank you and went somewhere else more accommodating, which was surprisingly easier. I was disappointed in their ability to adapt; they must have been too busy and didn't want more business at that juncture.
I’ve found very few pizza places in the Denver area that have pizza close to what I had in Italy. This is one of them. Delicious food and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back!
