Completely Mexican staff here. All but the supervisor speaks English, I get my food after being rushed to order, sit down and witness one of the staff curse heavily at a customer leaving the drive through in Spanish.. Just because I’m white with a beard doesn’t mean I don’t know Spanish.. Might want to put a leash on your staff here in the morning. Last time I get the Mc’s from this location… I don’t recommend.

Ordered a burger and got raw meat!! It was completely inedible. Also ordered 2 Oreo McFlurries & got something entirely different with caramel syrup. I was surprised by how quickly they prepared my order, now I know why.
This location is better than the Arapahoe crossing location. But I did have a bad experience. They didn't tell me that my code from the app wasn't working and instead charged me full price for my meal and then argued with me about it. They did finally offer me a cheeseburger for their mistake but the cost of the burger was less than I would have saved if they had just told me the code wasn't working. (We could have tried a new code) Was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Why is there not an option for ZERO Stars.I get this is a McDonald’s- what can you really expect, but this is by far the worst McDonald’s around. Rude is an understatement, they totally mess up your order, and don’t expect to use the mobile app- they will overcharge you every time. Stay away, drive to any but this location.
Indulged in one of my favorites.. sausage McMuffin with egg. Large coffee. Don't look at the calorie count.
I ordered through the app and when I got there, they were out of hash browns. I asked if they could just substitute something or just refund the meal upcharge and they just said no. Probably a better idea to go across the street to Wendy's if you're in the area.
This is horrible McDonald's place to eat. I ordered fries and crispy chicken sandwich both were very bad in taste having bad rotten smell oil coming out ,seems like they r using 3rd grade oil and ingredients to prepare thier items.Prefer to avoid this place use other locations.And save your waste of money and loosing appetite of McDonalds foods.Thanks ?
They always get your order wrong take forever every time they have you pull up or to the spots. Fries are always cold and old
My debit card and CC were compromised at this location by the drive through female employee who works the early morning shift. I went to this location 2 mornings in a row. Used my debit card the first morning and later that day had a $90 charge from Chipotle in Los Angeles, CA. I then had the card shut down. I went back the next morning and used a cc. 2 days later I had unauthorized charges from Amazon Prime. I contacted corporate and went into the location to talk to the manager. No one ever called me back. Just leaving this review in case anyone else is compromised after visiting this location in the morning hours and can't pinpoint where it came from. Who knows how long this has been going on.
Won't go back to this location again. Waiting 10 min for a coffee abs biscuit. Coffee tasted like water and biscuit was rock hard abs tasted old. Worst McDonald's in the area.
