I dont particularly like Mcdonalds or fast food i literally stop here for one reason... Too see the girl at the window with the long dreads... That i can never find the words to try and talk too... If by some chance she sees this review... Waited in drive thru line to order for 15 minutes, while my code expired. Wasn't even busy. Said there was nothing they could do. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
June 3rd 7:58 pm. I was in drive-thru line waiting on the outer lane since I have a large truck and the lobby is always closed so I can't go in. While waiting for the outer lane a employee (young blonde millennial) puts a cone behind the car in the outer lane that is right in front of me and blocks the outer lane. I said "hey I need the outer lane, I can't fit in the other one", his response was, "My manager told me to close this lane, you can go through the other lane". I responded "I can't fit in the inside lane, I was waiting for the outer lane, I need the outer lane". He responded "sorry man, I'm just don't what I'm told". REALLY! I could understand if I wasn't in line already and they closed the lane but he did it right in front of me, therfore I couldn't get any food, so thanks for the customer service and thanks for being able to think on your own. I eat at this location at least 3 times a week, not anymore
For the length of time I sat to get my food you would've thought that it would've been fully cooked. Spending my only money on something I couldn't even eat. Awesome.
Every time i try to go here the drive thru nevers moves. And it takes over 15 minutes to get my food.I now go to a different location. This location is a joke
There is nothing more frustrating than leaving a long drive thru line with items missing. This location does it EVERY TIME!!
I just wanted to say that I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the South Jordan Road location in Parker the cashier Williams who I assumed was the manager was attentive to White and the food came out very quickly and the restaurant was spotless clean and very enjoyable kudos to the staff
So the Szechuan sauce is our for a limited time and it's a hot commodity. You can only get it through the app and you have to see what locations near you have it. There were multiple locations near me that did not have it. OK no biggie, then I finally found one near me that had it. I ordered it and traveled to that location which is not my local spot. Waited... and waited. They finally come out and then state they don't have it and gave me bbq instead. The employees did not offer any refund or a discount or a voucher to come back. Just sorry for ya. I was finally able to find a few a week later at yet another location. Turns out it is very similar to teriyaki. I like the package as it is gold and let's you know you are getting something "special" and when it finally get it it is fun but if you're out just update the app. Don't go to 5 different locations like me but at least you can say you got it.
Drive through only Monday through Friday. I dislike looking forward to eating out only to be greeted with “dining room closed.” Thankfully every other McDonalds nearby has their dining room open.
Gone down hill? My last 2 orders were either missing whole ingredients or the boxes the burgers come in were smashed. What's going on here, maybe I'll try again in a few months once the staff has changed
