We had Tortilla soup and carnitas plate with flour tortillas and they were delicious. The beans are also very delicious.
Best family run Mexican Restaurant in Parker. Always friendly, and quality is superb. I always get the chorizo breakfast burritos on the weekends and whenever I get the chance. Everything on the menu is made fresh, and quality of the product is phenomenal. I recommend this place.
We come here a lot. Great food, super quick, reasonably priced, kind staff. Also have take away breakfast burritos. Colorado style green chili.
The service was great and fast, the food was delicious, and the restaurant itself was nice and clean. We left stuffed and very satisfied, and we will definitely be back!

Visited on a Saturday night around 6:30pm. Not to busy, lots of open tables. Food was hot, served fast, and very tasty. Service was a little slow considering the small amount of people in the place. Overall, it was good and we'll definitely be back. Oh, and be sure to try out the xangos desert....yummy!
This is one of my favorite places and the food is very good. The service is exceptional and the menu is full of authentic mexican meals. The food is fresh and served quickly, even when the business is busy. Fresh chips and home made salsa are served with every meal. The combinations are varied and the food is good and well priced. The foods are well seasoned but not spicy, unless you ask for a spicy (hot) addition. This restaurant will cater to your needs and it is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Denver.
Every visit to Los Volcanes has been great! I have been coming for more than 15 years. Food is delicious and the staff are always friendly and attentive!
