I very rarely write reviews but after yet another bad experience here, it’s time to add my voice to the many others who have also had terrible experiences.I order two Famous Bowls plus a Nashville Hot Famous Bowl, I see on the screen that they ring it up as two Famous Bowls plus another line item for three bucks, which I thought was really weird… I should have the same charge for a Nashville Hot one. They hand me only two of them, and no receipt. So I go back in to buy a third one, figuring they wouldn’t believe me if I said I ordered three and only got two. As I’m waiting for my bowl a lady comes in and says she had the same problem… they completely forgot her Mac and Cheese Bowl. I will credit the restaurant for giving her the bowl without needing to see a receipt… she told me she didn’t get one either.I wish this was just a one off scenario, but it isn’t. In the past, I’ve paid for three Famous Bowls only to get one, was told they had crispy chicken only to get home and find they gave us original, ordered something and then was told after paying they were out of it and had to accept a substitute, I could go on. They always seem to have long lines, though. I guess being a big time national fast food brand located on a busy intersection has its perks. For what it’s worth all of these problems seem to be on the KFC side, not the Taco Bell side. Unfortunately, it’s the only KFC in town. (We have another Taco Bell.) I have high hopes for the new fast food chicken place that’s coming to town. Parker clearly loves fast food chicken or this KFC wouldn’t still be here, so if they can provide better service than KFC (not a high bar to clear) it should do quite well.
DO NOT COME OR EAT HERE OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. The employees here closed the lobby on me . They said because if we leave lobby open more of us are going to quit, because of cleaning the lobby. Omg I had to gather my food, horrible. Let this place closed because they will be out of a job soon too. Never going back.
They didn't have the extra crispy chicken, which I was really looking forward to. They said it would take forty (40!) minutes to cook! My husband got food but I had to go elsewhere. Very disappointing!
I have visited this location several times and never had a great experience but to feed kids what they want I keep going back, today was worthy of a review. At a joint Taco Bell/KFC restaurant, apparently KFC is "closed" on Sundays, according to the "oh so friendly" woman on the drive thru comms. Several taco bell items on the menu were out of stock... how I'm not sure when they are all basically the same ingredients. Very slow and unfriendly in general. Need new management and customer service education. Would not be surprised if it was closed sooner than later.
Went to the drive through to order a famous bowl, side of Mac and cheese. Had to wait 30 minutes at the front of the line because their system for billing people was down and was told to be patient, and no apology. We then left after realizing they had our food ready and bagged but wouldn't give it to us.
Not a great experience. I wish I would have read the reviews before stopping here. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and ended up getting a chicken breast. The folks at the counter don't speak English very well, which makes ordering very challenging. It doesn't really matter anyways, since they will just bring you something random.
I don't know how things went at the restaurant because I wasn't there but lots of the reviews said it was really bad. What I can say is that one of the chicken breast pieces was it's full ribcage which was kinda disgusting and hard to eat because of all the little bones, I don't recommend this place.
They don't even deserve one star Bought a whole bucket of chicken and chicken has no flavor whatsoever don't even know what I just ate The manager there is very disrespectful took 5 phone calls to answer...? Told him it had no flavor he told me I had covid..And the chicken did not come from his store although my delivery driver said it did So they are liars.. Gross gross Hope I don't get sick now.I feel sick just thinking about it
No Chicken!!! This kfc runs out of chicken by 8:00 on the weekends. This is a KFC/Taco Bell combo store. The drive thru lines are very long and once you are stuck in line with no way out you will be informed when you order of your misfortune. Your option is then to continue waiting for the line or order horrible Taco Bell. In the future I’m not sure if I will waste my families time gambling whether they have food.
