I order from here all the time and it’s usually ok, but I ordered a club tuna today and it had NO tuna on it?! Just the veggies. Wasn’t cut in half either, which isn’t really a big deal. But idk how I can order a tuna sandwich and they forget the tuna completely?! Ruined my lunch

If I could give zero stars I would. The last couple times we ordered it took well over an hour to receive our food. So much for freaky fast delivery. Tonight, I placed my order at 5:59pm, they didn’t call me until 6:47pm to tell me they didn’t have a driver! Like what? The majority of your revenue is by delivery orders, how do you not have a driver?! Anyways, this location is a joke and we won’t order from here again.

This jimmy john’s on 20 mile sucks, i was mad and it was well deserved. when i ordered out my sandwich to over 45 minutes to get. i was welcomed with warm, gross turkey and nothing bc else, my sandwich (slim one) had only warm gross turkey, frick off 20 mile, close you’re store

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. 3 separate times now I have had an order from this store take over 2 hours to arrive. The first time I thought "well, it's lunch, they are probably busy". The second time was more like "how is this possibly taking so long?". This time I literally called three times and was told that my food was about to leave the store. Placed order at 1:44 PM. food arrived at 4:05 PM. At this point, this store has lost all credibility in my mind. Shut it down or hire more people. Nobody needs to order lunch in the middle of a workday and wonder if it's going to arrive before they are done working.

Is zero stars or negative stars an option? Beyond horrible experience! I went to this location on Thursday March 24 2021, and ordered 3 sandwiches. The order was completely wrong. 2/3 sandwiches were not the right thing. One was made with no lettuce, and the other wasn’t even the type of sandwich I ordered. The music playing over the speakers was uncomfortably loud, and it was rap music with regular swearing and racial slurs. It was completely unacceptable for a place of business to play at all much less when every single customer could hear it. I had to ask the people working the counter to turn the music down 3 times before they heard me correctly if that gives you any idea. They never apologized, or tried to make it right, they just tuned their back to me and turned it off. The ice machine did not work at all, and the floors were dirty and trash was all over the floor. I got out of there as quickly as I could. I would STRONGLY advise anyone against going to this location if you hope to have a pleasant dining experience in any way, shape, or form. I have yet to hear a response from either the franchise owner or corporate on this matter. Will update review if any type of response is received. In the meantime, my money will be spent at Firehouse Subs from now on.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!This is my 2nd time with a 2 hr wait (still waiting) for delivery. I thought the first time was a fluke. The phone goes straight to voicemail asking for a pin when you try to call.Totally understand staffing issues, but please don’t accept orders if you can’t fulfill it.

Ordered four sandwiches. After two hours of not receiving them had called this location twice and was assured that they were out for delivery and would be there soon. After calling back after another 30 minutes, was told that they “ran out of bread” and that they “called all orders” to tell them that they wouldn’t be completed. Never received a call. After two and a half hours of waiting we were notified the order was never made. Will not be ordering here ever again.

Over the 3 years I have lived in Parker eaten at this Jimmy John's a dozen or so times and again today my order is wrong. I think it has been correct about 25% of the time. I love Jimmy John's but whoever owns this location you need to be in your restraunt running it until you can figure out how to just make what is ordered of you need to have your franchise revoked.

Ordered a sandwich for my dad before I left for work. He called and asked where it was since it had already been a hour and a half. We called and they said it was going to be leaving the store in 10 minutes. He didn’t have his sandwich until 2 and a half hours later. So much for “freaky fast”. The bread was also very hard to the point where he couldn’t bite any of it off. This wasn’t the first time we’ve had issues either. In the past, they’ve messed up simple orders by putting random things on it or not taking off what we had asked for. Freaky fast shouldn’t be their slogan when they deliver food hours later. Thanks for the experience. Not sure if we’re ever going to order again.

I placed an order for “freaky fast delivery”, and after waiting 45 minutes I called and was told it’d be 20 more minutes. The store is less than a mile from my apartment. Maybe drop the “freaky fast” and just say “eventual” delivery. I’ll enjoy this one last sandwich.
