I'm not sure where it even begin. Terrible and rude services. Pizza cold like it sat around before it was delivered. People hanging up on you very immature managers and employees who are running this branch. Order pizza at 6:20 PM at 8:35 pm was still not here and no one had an answer for me. Just a tip if you don't have enough employees to make deliveries let the customers know they have to come pick it up. I probably would be coming there again if someone would've just told the truth but unfortunately everyone lied and passed the buck because supposedly nobody had authorization for a credit.

Ordered a sausage, pepperoni, ham and mushroom pizza. They deliver what looks like a supreme. We call to have ordered corrected and re-delivered. We're told "you didn't tell us not to put on onion, green pepper or olives". Why on earth would I need to tell them to leave items OFF my pie when ordering topping a-la-carte??? Then they ask if we want a new one made and sent out. We say "YES". 5 minutes later we get a call from the "manager" that we're "out of their delivery range". This was after JUST having the WRONG pizza delivered 15 min earlier. We've ordered dozens of times and always had delivery. After having more bad experiences than good ones, they've managed to lose a customer for life. I hope the owner reads these reviews because his employees are going to run him out of business treating customers this way.

The quality of pizza here is inconsistent. We order from here maybe once every other month and tend to have good pizza once every 3 times we order. When ita bad, it's really bad like burnt and dry or overly doughy with very little sauce. This last order was so bad we likely won't order from here again the rest of the year. $30+ wasted.

I used to be a HUGE fan of Jets deep dish. Man how that has changed... I Ordered a large 4 topping pizza: I regret the mushrooms, and I really love mushrooms, they were the canned mushrooms, chewy and watery, I picked them all out. Another topping I had was bacon that I didn't see on the pizza. Chicken was good but the bread didn't taste fresh, so that just killed it for me. I hate to say it, but Pizza Hut and Papa Johns have better food all around. Ended up throwing out the pizza after just eating a few slices, what a waste.

Grew up on Jet’s outside Detroit. Was my first time having it in over 8 years. Reminded me of back home and I miss old school Detroit style square pizza. The staff were kind and the pizza was bangin.

Not up to par anymore. When we first discovered Jet's it was great, second time we ate there the whole family felt stomach and lower GI issues, third time, same. Changed crust styles recently, two years later, and seemed fairly good. Tried pizza for a family night again and the cheese was greasy, WAY too much crust for what toppings were on the pizza and generally sub-par all around. I understand that some items are hard to get, I understand that not everyone wants to work in the food industry, but there's a simple solution. Don't take on more than you can handle. If you're scrambling trying to make food, you're going to miss something. Like charging for black olives added to a supreme pizza... and having half the ingredients missing, including the black olives that were an extra 2$. Was it tasty? Yeah. Was it filling? Yeah. Was it what was ordered and expected? No. Try a little harder. You're so close!

The Pizza is amazing! How ever, the wait is super long. Don't order when your hungry, order before. Then the waits not so painful.

Just called for an order. Said delivery was 1 hour. We are coming/ moving here from the mountains and we said okay that's fine. Then the manager on duty said nevermind, we close in 10 minutes at 8:30. website says they are open until 9. Then he changes his mind and says said "oh I forgot we ran out of dough" half way through my order. We just moved here from Silverthorne and were so excited to order Jetts! Lame.

So this store has been made out to be a place for help. If the management could handle rushes pizzas would be pushed out a lot faster. Being a past employee, I would like to say I’ve personally seen people waiting 3-4 hours for one pizza. The management does not handle customer service and refuses to answer the phones when there are upset customers. The walls have not been scrubber or cleaned in months, they do not completely sweep everything out, the dustpan is completely molded, there are no new cleaning supplies and the mop is at least 7 months old. They do not completely clean the pizza pans out, there is no control over who leaves or does what, the customers are leaving with pizzas that aren’t there’s, and most of the time they are out of Italian sausage so guess what , you guys are PAYING FOR HAMBURGER NOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE. There are not tops being out on all the toppings so they are left over night with no lids. The dishes do not get done correctly at all. Gloves are never used unless they need to scrape something out.Again, this is so the customers are aware of what they are eating !

I’ve ordered from here twice. The first time the pizza told 3 hours. I called to check the status a few times, but eventually my kids just ate PBJ. When it finally arrived we weren’t hungry. The second time I waited 90 minutes before calling to check the status. I sat on hold for 15 minutes before someone picked up. I asked for a status and the guy said, “come on people” and hung up on me. I called back to cancel the order and ask for a refund.4 hours after I ordered the doorbell rang. I turned the driver away since everyone was going to bed. I was not refunded the $70 for this order. In summary, I’ve purchased $140 worth of food from this place and have never eaten a single bite. What a terrible business
