I vow to never spend another dollar at this location. Very disappointing and it's happened before. I walk in, literally the only customer and at least 4 employees. They decide its appropriate to let me stand there for 10 minutes before helping me to prepare a take out order. Someone needs to teach these kids you should always help the customer in front of you. Ridiculous.
This location is terrible!! I love Jersey Mike’s and I go all the time but I hate this location, two times in one month I have gone in there about 730, 8 PM and they tell me that they’re closing early because they’re OUT OF BREAD!! TWO TIMES!! How is the sandwich shop always going to be running out of bread? Either the people that are making the bread are lazy and don’t make enough or the kids that work at night are lazy and want to close early. Either way it’s horribly run, I’ve never seen a manager in there, only kids. These teenagers are getting yelled at because there is no management taking charge above them. Do not go here. Go to taste of Philly! They are amazing and they never run out of bread! Most customers leaving Jersey Mikes at this location go straight to Fuzzy’s tacos which is also delicious, maybe more delicious.
For the second (and will be the last) time I ordered using the app. The first time I arrived 5 minutes after my pickup time and had to wait another 20 minutes to get two basic sandwiches. After a few months I thought maybe things got better. Not at all. This time I waited 20 minutes after my pickup time to be told they could not fill the order and would issue a refund. I am still waiting for the refund, but basically I found out that it is impossible to get food from this place. Not sure what they are doing there, but there are lots of other places to get a sandwich.
Went there despite the low ratings. 5 people on the line. Not busy. Still got the wrong sandwich.
Super quick, and friendly staff. Way better than the one off Lincoln.
More often than not my order is incorrect when ordering through the mobile app. It’s one thing if I’m dining in the store and I can get it resolved real time but it’s frustrating when I get home and its wrong. And the staff is not very personable. Step your game up Pine Bluffs!!!
Older lady (with neck tattoos) who took our order/cutting meat was short, rude and not personable. She had many customers backed up- Younger workers stood by watching waiting to build sandwiches. She clearly is not liking her job today and is not a good first impression for ordering.
My mother and I were treated very badly at this store and were told never to come back after we dared to complain. I have never been treated so badly anywhere! This was our first time trying this location. We have been to the other Parker CO store on Lincoln, and was always treated with respect and great service. But the store on Pine Bluffs way is another story. My mother and I went there for lunch. My mother put her order first, then I put in an order for four more sandwiches. Our order was together. They charged me for four sandwiches and not my mothers which was a#17 on wheat. When I asked about it, the cashier was told by the other woman there (short older blond) what the order was. So the cashier (very tall blond woman) charged me separately. No problem, mistakes happen. We waited for almost 15 min after I was charged and they never made the sandwich. I walked over and watched the person at the grill making other sandwiches and then stop. She never made anything for my mother. I was understandably upset and asked them what was going on. They all had blank looks. I told them that I watched the grill being used for others and she hadn’t even started on my mother’s. I said that this was getting stupid and asked for the manager. The server with red hair had an attitude, looked like I was getting on her nerves, and she asked if I wanted her to make it. I said yes then the older blond lady said I had changed my order and that’s why it wasn’t made. I told her that was dishonest and that never happened. I tried to explain what we ordered, but she was rude and adamant that I changed my order. I was getting upset, was it my fault they didn’t pay attention the first time around and now they were making us wait an unreasonable amount of time? We had been first and put in our order before the crowd came in. She said to give her the sandwiches back and she was refunding our money, and to leave and never come back. I told her that was horrible customer service and I would leave a bad review. She gave us our refund and took the sandwiches. She also added very nasty that she hopes I learn how to treat people better. I have NEVER had such a bad experience in my life and have filed my complaint with their corporate office as to how I and my elderly mother were treated. I have never felt so unwelcome and humiliated in my life. I never want anyone to feel they have to worry about complaining when they are not getting what they paid for. No wonder they have such bad reviews here and on Yelp. I wish I would have checked the reviews first! I would have taken my business somewhere else. I hope THEY learn to treat customers better in the future.
Had #56 Big Kahuna steak sandwich was very good. Plenty of grilled steak. Nice and fat.
the blonde girl with the blue eyes made my sandwich and she was absolutely phenomenal, 10/10 she’s the best at making sandwiches ever
