Waited 15 minutes in line to order on Mother’s Day, then the guy who took order was frustrated and short with our son who tried to order himself. Guy was an absolute jerk, and our son ran off and sat at a table… only our second time there. Hoping to get subs for a picnic our family left and got nothing because of him. If it wasn’t Mother’s Day I would have told the guy off.
Ordered online and went to pick up my sandwich and there was just one guy working during the start of the lunch hour. There was another employee towards the back who may have been a trainee (she disappeared quickly) and the guy said "I'm the only person here, my Manager went to go pick up more employees so I can't get to online orders until they get back"... OK... People kept streaming in and it seemed like the poor guy was probably a trainee as well and only knew the basics. He was doing his best but he was not able to get through any orders in the 15 minutes I waited and the Manager never arrived to help him. THIS POOR GUY WAS IN HELL and I feel nothing but terrible for him. At this point I just asked him if I could cancel my order, which he told me he did not know how to do but he could have his Manager do it when she arrived... OK... I walked out of the store to watch a person in a pull up wearing a Jersey Mike's uniform (I recognized her as a shift Manager from other times I had been to the store) and she and her other "employee" proceeded to stay in the car while she finished the cigarette she had hanging out of her car window. The fact that my order was never cancelled or refunded is pretty minor compared to throwing the poor kid to the wolves. The Manager absolutely should be held accountable for treating her Associate like trash, putting him in a horrible position and not leaving anyone in place who could actually help the customers. GIVE THAT POOR GUY A RAISE!
Walked in to place an order for 4 sandwiches. One customer inside checking out. Two employees that I saw. The woman very rudely told me she didn't have time, then weirdly gestured at what I can only assume were the 3 to 4 online orders she had to fulfill. Walk in customers have no value I guess.
This Jersey Mike's is always fantastic. Food has always been great and staff was super friendly. Amazing customer service about every time and to name a few people that are always very helpful are Sean, Trae and Becky. Thanks again!
You can expect to wait forever for your pick up order. At least 30 minutes past the the pick up time and both times my order was incorrect. Don’t waste your time here.
Long wait, can't cook more than one sandwich, mixed up the bread, drenched in sauce. 3rd strike and done with Mike's.
Really good sandwiches, pickup order was on time. Not able to get pics before everyone devoured their sandwich, but will definitely get next time

No line today but staffer yelled at my spouse saying 5-sandwich order was too big for the person preparing sandwiches. Told to go elsewhere. Too bad since we were really there to buy $200 in gift cards. Another local business will be the recipient.
