Customer service was great but overall quality was not up to par or what I recall from when I lived near Jack in the Box locations in the past.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich through the app. The sandwich was incorrect so I took it back in to ask that it be remade correctly. The girl at the counter said it wasn't her fault. I said well it wasn't my fault that THEIR APP didn't send it to them the way I ordered. I just asked that they remake it. The counter lady said (in a snippity, hateful fashion), "You don't have to be rude!" Um...I wasn't being rude. Just asking for the correct sandwich.The girl snatched the incorrect sandwich from me and threw it in the trash. Since we all have different perceptions, I will say that my perception was that she is a very nasty, hateful person.As they were remaking the sandwich I said I also wanted the bacon as it is part of the sandwich. The counter lady said (again in a snippity and extremely condescending fashion) " We KNOW how to make our sandwiches!"I don't believe the customer is always right, because that is not accurate. But asking for my sandwich to be made the way I asked for it doesn't seem like an unreasonable request.So it was made wrong, just accept responsibility, state you'll have the app checked in to, and be done with it. That seems simple enough to me and customer service goes a long way. As it stands, until that girl is not there any longer, I won't be back!

Dined in. The lobby was clean I got meat lovers breakfast burrito combo and wife got the teriyaki chicken bowl with egg roll combo. Food was hot and tasted great.

The food is good, however the manager is terrible. I was greeted with a glare that continued until I said something about him staring. After confronting him, he told me that he's basically entitled to staring at his customers. Then proceeded to be childish and kicked over his own wet floor sign. Only recommend going through drive thru.

Disgusting. I bought tacos and when I went to eat them, they were totally burned with dark black grease dripping out. CHANGE YOUR FRYER GREASE! I will not be back.

I'm a Jack In The Box fan but there's not one conventionally close to me to to eat there a often as I would like. I happened to be near this location yesterday so it decided to grab something for me and my son.Unfortunately, simple instructions like "no mayo" were ignored but fortunately it almost covered up the flavor of the burnt, cold, hard chicken sandwich. The fries were cold and limp.

Don't waste your time here. The group working here the evening of March 11 had not a clue what they were doing and I wondered if they knew why they were there. No management on duty, the place was a clown show and a waste of time since I have to go someplace else because they couldn't get anything right. NOTE: I did provide details at Jack in the Box Comments and never heard from anyone, and the link you left is not valid.

All the owners responses to the negative feedback are a joke. This is the worst JITB period. So to the owner, why do you strive to do this and that but you continue to get negative feedback. You are doing absolutely nothing. The staff is horrible. Never any respect towards the customer whatsoever. Order is rarely right. Fries always taste like they were cooked the day before. You have a threatening manager. Seems like a lot of people are saying the same. Don’t complain about your wrong order at this place because you are going to only worsen your experience. Every fast food joint in this town has a line in the drive through except this place. Don’t waste your time going here. The burger and fries at Del Taco are way better. Imagine that Mr Owner. A Mexican restaurant makes a better burger and fries than your joint.

The girls who work their are lazy and don't try to get your order right at all. Don't waste your money on the new Tiny nacho tacos. They didn't even put nacho cheese on them! They also didn't bother to put much spice on them.

Long story short, I really wanted to try the new spicy chicken sandwich. I ordered one, confirmed at the window "the spicy one", and was given a regular chicken sandwich. I went inside to ask for the right sandwich and was told that it was the spicy one. I showed them the light pink sauce with zero flavor, and they said it was the spicy sauce. They wouldn't remake it. I got a refund, then purchased a side of the spicy sauce, shocker... It wasn't the sauce that was on my sandwich. I pointed this out, it was red, NOT PINK, and spicy, NOT BLAND. Then the associate said "I'm not gonna lie, I'm kinda color blind".No apology, no offered refund for the sauce, just really poor customer service. I wrote to the corporate feedback thing on the website and have heard nothing.I'm not unreasonable, I just want what I order and I appreciate good service. I got neither at this jack and I won't be returning. I'm very disappointed.
