8pm dinner with my 3 sons and it was a pleasant dining experience. We were seated immediately after arriving. The dining room was clean and well maintained. Our food was prepared as ordered and we had no issues. Would most certainly return again!
Before I post this I want to let you know that I understand the understaffing situation in Parker. I ordered a cheeseburger of omelette and ended up with some tamato bacon catastrophe. I was like, where is the mustard and ketchup on the omelette, so I asked and she told me she put the wrong order in to my ticket.The crusted cheese grilled cheese my wife had wasn't even crusted cheese at all and her queso had come literally straight out of the fridge, was Ice cold.When she brought me back my omelette she messed up she didn't even put the peppers I had ordered onto in the second time, in the mist of everything, charged us full price for something she messed up 2 times and I wasn't going to throw a fit about it. It was a loosing battle.There were literally 3 people on our side of the restruant and there was no reason at all for her to have messed up the order so bad. Usually I have nothing but great things to say about this place but sadly this was a very dissapointing trip to IHop.
I understand most restaurants & retail stores are short staffed right now, but that's not an excuse to forgot the most basic things. A pickup order with 2 stacks of pancakes did not include any syrup & only 1 packet of butter. Ordered 2 full stacks of pancakes, which is supposed to include 5 pancakes each. One stack had 5 the other had 4. Again I understand about being short staffed, but myself & other guests were standing at the counter almost 10 minutes before anyone even came up & acknowledged us. So to sum up, waited almost 10 minutes to pickup less pancakes than I paid for with no butter or syrup to go with them. Gotta do better
Just average for an IHOP. At least they did not break the hollandaise sauce. They were not paying attention to the orders though. 2 women that were seated some time after us got their food about 15 minutes before we did.
How funny is this place? I walked in at 10 am with a Hi how are you this morning, with no response from the girl working I was instead starred down by a girl with short black hair tied up in a tiny pony tail like she wanted to fight or something. Then as she just continued to stand there and walk around I waited for 11 minutes before I had to grab my own food off the table for a mobile order. Food is cold and cooked really poorly. Man, I feel bad for people who have so much trouble running a low end breakfast joint at 10 am on a Thursday. Oh ya forgot my pancakes to.
As always the food was great. The only reason I gave 3 stars is that I had to go find our server to get our bill. He had stopped by to give us a to-go box and he removed our dishes. So he knew we were ready to leave. But after clearing our dishes he never came back. The managers should go over policies about leaving the bill with all of the servers. I should never have to walk around the restaurant to find our server for anything, much less the bill!
We ate breakfast here a few months ago and the food and service were very good. Not today! The eggs were runny white and our server didn't come to see how it was for several minutes.
Haven't gone to IHOP in a while. I think there was only one waitress working but you would never know. She was so good! There were a handful of tables with two and then a huge crowd came in of probably eight or nine teens.Our food came out quite fast, it was accurate, and even though the waitress was running around taking care of everyone, we never had to ask for more water or refill on our drinks.The only real waiting we had to do was to pay for our meal.We will definitely go back.
Went in for breakfast last Wednesday- zero people eating and zero staff in sight for about six minutes. Finally came out, sat us, brought kids pancakes, side of bacon and side of toast, along with coffee. Pancakes so so, bacon ice cold, toast ice cold, coffee weak. When I told the manager she just shrugged and stared at me blankly. Great response. Won’t come back.
Worst service ever. This has to be the most racist restaurant I have EVER been to in my life. I feel bad for anyone who has experienced the “customer service” this iHop has to offer. I knew moving to Parker we would get some crazy looks but never to the degree of not wanting to eat out at a restaurant ever again. We are law abiding, tax paying citizens as everyone else at this place. You don't have to like every race but respect people who are paying for your service
