Charged extra $0.25 over my fry order to get 5 onion rings……what the heck is this?! Never ordering that again…Edit: went back to the counter and the young lady resolved it. This is honestly the first issue I’ve ever had at this location besides long drive thru lines but it’s to be expected in this area.
The food is great. However they struggle to get whatever you order to you. You either end up with something completely different or you are missing entire food items. This has happened to me the last 4 times ive been there. I wont be back. Their employees don't care if they get anything right. Just go to mod or canes next to them if you want to get food. They will at least get your order right and save you the trouble/money.
I don't know whats going on with this location but it takes forever for them to get your order ready when you are in the drive through. Yesterday it took the young lady 3 times to get me order and then when we checked it it was wrong so I had to insde to have it corrected. I love Freddy's food but the service at this location is TERRIBLE!
Ordered a regular size cheese curds, a burger with Freddy’s sauce on it and an entire $6 bottle of sauce… arrived with no sauce at all (not in the burger or even a single dipping sauce with the fries). And only 1/3 a basket of the curds is a regular order?? I was so looking forward to this and rarely order in, and this was such a massive disappointment. I used to love Freddy’s but it’s all about the sauce and honestly I don’t think that I would ever try to order again from them.
have a good experience at Freddy’s, but one of the workers Lainey had exceeded my expectations. She made sure that my food was out on time and we’ll made. She also checked in to see how my food was tasting and even offered to grab me anything. Amazing customer service and food! Thanks to Lainey for such a wonderful experience :)
I've always loved coming in to Freddy's. Most recently when I walked in, I was met with a friendly smile and a warm welcome from Lainey. Lainey always treats me and my family so nice and always gets our food out fast! She was extremely patient with my siblings who had trouble deciding what they wanted, and Lainey gave them both suggestions on what she likes on the menu! She has amazing customer service and even better work ethic. She's always making sure everyone is enjoying their food, and is always helping out her co workers when they get busy! Thank you for your respect and hospitality, Lainey!
Absolutely phenomenal experience here! It was my first time here and I am very, very impressed! I was immediately greeted by a young man named Isaac and he provided outstanding insight on the menu. I ended up ordering a Patty Melt through Isaac's recommendation. I waited no more than 3 minutes and Isaac personally hand delivered me my food, was able to get my custard on hold immediately to me after eating my food, and immediately cleaned my table after eating.For fast food, this place was above and beyond any expectations I had. Thank you so much again Isaac for your great hospitality, this will be a experience ill never forget.
I absolutely love coming to this Freddy's. The food is great and gives you a sense of nostalgia (I'm a 90's baby for the record lol). Even more than the food, the customer service is exemplary. Lainey, specifically, treats me with the utmost hospitality and respect every time without fail. Very appreciative of the Freddy's in Parker. Thank you guys!
Never write reviews but I felt like I had to. Just got home and the fries looked and tasted horrible. Very greasy, bitter burned oil taste. The deep fryer oil probably wasn't changed in a while. Same with the chicken tenders. Don't waste your money. Go to Arapahoe crossing location instead
WONDERFUL ESTABLISHMENT! Staff is super friendly and motivated. Isaac specifically makes sure to take care of me each time i come in, and always checks up on me. Freddy’s is the only thing that makes me happy, and when Isaac says Hi to me, I feel loved.
