Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.$12 for a burger and some onion rings. They give you five little onion rings and the package is half full. Last time, I make the mistake of going here.For some dumb reason, they have two sauces that are almost the same. But their employees don't seem to ever know there are two.
I was ordering food for my nephew and I, and was un-enthusiastically greeted. We ordered our food and she handed us our receipt and didn’t say a word. When we went to get our food, the same lady asked us for sauce with an attitude. I later got her name, and it was Ashley. I’ve never had a bad experience with the food or the workers until then…
Been here several times. Sadly, today was not their best day. I ordered a steak burger without a bun and French fries. I got the bun but no fries. They also got my husband's drink wrong. They are probably understaffed like most places and trying to train a new crew. We would have gone back to fix it, yet the lines were so long we called it a day and thought we would tell them next visit. Despite the hiccups, we still recommend their burgers.
On the plus side, the food was good. On the negative side, the floor in the dining area was so covered in grease that my feet slid several times just walking across the floor and the employees could be heard swearing from the dining area. I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness ans concerned about how well the equipment is being cleaned after seeing the state of the floor. The manager didn't seemed to even notice the language being used in a family restaurant.
Friday night, 6:12 PM, two people in line before me and a handful of people sitting at the table...girl working the counter was great, but....waited 22 minutes for a well done, dry burger and cold, hours old fries...slow service after order and horrible food...not gonna do that again.
Slow service. From customer point of view, several employees were standing around chatting while I waited 10 minutes for a shake. Although several of them asked what I was waiting for. My fries were cold by the time I got the shake. No chocolate custard.
Bad Experience. We ordered 1 Plain Burger, one California Steakburger, no pickles, cheese curds and fries + fry sauce. After waiting about 20 minutes in the drive through and finally getting to park, we realized the order was incorrect. We received 3 cheeseburgers, one burger with only pickles on it. No Fry sauce, or napkins. We went inside to try to correct our order and had to pay again to receive the correct order. Stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes as many other customers were lining up, we were all asking each other if everyone was missing something. Finally i got the correct order and the burgers had been thrown into the bag, the steak patty was outside of the box. I also ordered a milkshake when trying to correct my order and i received a malt with no straw. After paying $45ish for two burgers and a milkshake and waiting for 40 minutes, we decided to leave a review. Please fix this location or shut it down. It’s clearly not functional.
Absolutely terrible experience. Went on Sunday evening through the drive through. When we pulled up to the window and were handed our order we realized several item were missing. Waited over 10 minutes for them to ‘check the receipt’. Were then handed another partial order. Told them again what was missing and waited again. Once we received the entire order we parked to check it and it was Disgusting! The outside of the containers were covered in condiments. The sandwiches inside looked like they had been thrown on the floor and picked back up with food falling out all over. We went inside the lobby to return all the items which was filthy and asked for the manager. He issued a refund to us without saying a single word. No apologies at all!! I contacted Freddy’s online and also received no response!! Really too bad because this place use to be our favorite.
If you go inside can I get service until at least 15 cars goes through the drive-thru the manager said they was taking it as they came in I think you should take care of the customers inside as well as the ones in the Drive-Thru not just the drive-thru people
I don't enjoy writing poor reviews, but this was warranted. I went inside and ordered a veggie burger and fries. First of all, the waiting room hardly had any customers and it took 13 minutes to get my order. I saw plenty of cars in the drive-thru drive away with their food.. just bc I went inside to eat, shouldn't mean I wait that long. When I finally got my order, it was wrong, and cold. I asked for no onions and checked my receipt, it said no onions, but I got onions. The cheese wasn't melted at all, I was able to completely take the piece off. The burger fell apart and was very messy. I understand I ordered a veggie burger, but I definelty expected better seeing as how I've been here before and didn't wait half the time, and mtly food was hot and correct. I probably won't come back. ?
