Countless times have they not fulfilled mine and my coworkers orders. We'd get our food only to realize its only half the size than what ive paid for or not recieve it at all. I do not recommend this place if youre ordering online. This problem has been persistent for too long. At least they gave me something rather than nothing.

I came in and ordered at 6:47pm… it is now 7:20pm and I am still waiting for my TWO sandwiches!!!Update: I didn’t leave until 7:35pm!!!I ordered a large tuna salad sandwich w/ light mayo and light mustard, all the veggies & a pickle and I ordered a large turkey bacon ranch no mayo, no onion, sub Swiss for the cheddar, ranch on the side on gluten-free bread.After I paid and waited for what felt like an extraordinary long time, I looked at the receipt to see the time of order. I noticed the order was completely wrong. I went to the counter to straighten it out.I thought I straightened it out.After waiting more time- seeing six other people come in and order, then take their food- I went back up and asked someone to please explain what was taking so long.It had been nearly 40 minutes!!They apologized and said it was almost ready. Then I was handed a bad and asked to check it.It still wasn’t right!! I said I couldn’t wait anymore- they took my name and number and told me they would make it right.The turkey sandwich (s) - two medium = 1 large, had cheddar cheese. No pickle. The tuna sandwich had no veggies and no pickle. Little did I know what the bread was like. When I finally got home and my husband opened his tuna sandwich- the bread was hard as a rock! No veggies, a ton of mayo and bread that he couldn’t bite through.This is not the experience I’ve known from Firehouse Subs. I waited over 45 minutes for two sandwiches that I paid over $28 dollars for and they were still made incorrectly. No pickles.I do hope corporate reaches out to me. This was beyond ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had made an order online for pickup and when I came in it was not where it was supposed to be so someone must have had to walked off because the person remembered making it. She was willing to remake the order instead of saying "oh well". I think her name was Nina. Absolutely amazing.
Ordered the Firehouse BBQ brisket with extra BBQ sauce. It was made "fresh" while I was waiting (ordered when I got there) and had a 3 minute drive back to work. Sandwich was slimmy and stone cold with NO BBQ sauce at all. First time eating at this location and not sure if I will be back.
They have a great selection of sandwiches. They also give a really good portion of meat on the sandwich as well. They crew was friendly and inviting and I have to say for it being our first time eating Firehouse Subs, this was the best sandwich I've ever had! Will definitely be going back!
There were a lot of people in the store and your staff was doing a great job. Until my name was called. When I got to the counter both sides of the bag had a lot of sauce on it so I asked for another one. When I pulled my sandwich out of the nasty bag. The box was the same way. Gross.
Food is pretty good, meatball hero is always solid but the staff are so unfriendly it’s crazy. The last two times I’ve gone in to order the person taking my order just walked up to the register and stare at you. Not a word, just a stare. Maybe have the staff say “how can I help you?” instead of a blank stare like I’m inconveniencing you. Eh, sandwiches are still better than Subways.
Literally the worst sandwich experience I’ve had.Ordered ok✔️Filthy restroomsFilthy eating areaTotal of 3 people in the store and 30 minute wait for 2 meatball subs.While we waited the 5 catty teenage girls making all those sandwiches, complained about everything under the sun and they all needed breaksThe final straw was the one who was complaining about not feeling well and rubbing her nose.We walked out after they refunded our sandwiches but made us pay for 2 chips and 1 drink. On way out we took some rude commentary from a few of them as a parting gift.The entire staff should be fired and replaced.
Love firehouse subs but the taste was way different at this location. The sauce was different (Mayo with some horseradish flavor)? Got the Italian sub and could only taste turkey. Sorry. Will not be back
Expensive subs, but good taste.We ordered Chicken Cajun.Not many option for chicken though.The staff out there seemed playing around and making noise as the customers in there were not more we felt very noise due to staff shouting and running here and there.
