Every time we have tried to go to this Dunkin location there is an issue. Issue with the wrong order, items being not in stock, sandwiches not warm, ground coffee beans at the bottom of each cup, employees who will rush you or do not want to be there. It’s disorganized and disappointing every time we go in. We always try again hoping for the best but it’s rare that things will go well. Not to mention sugar free hazelnut.. we will be trying other places now

7/3/- About average for a Dunkin'. The butternut toffee iced coffee didn't have enough flavor in it.

Customer service was great! The young man who was helping me have me a fresh donut smellin I asked if I could have one with lots of chocolate glaze...

I ordered a mobile order online today and was really bummed my whole order was messed up. No cold foam, hash browns burnt, completely wrong sandwich.

Coffee great as always...but service was horrible. First, in the drive thru you had to wait in line until you got to the order board to see a sign that read...credit card machine not working in the drive thru...so you had to go in! Not a problem going in...but its ridiculous that you had to wait in line to find that out. Second...I went inside and employees were smack talking about people in the drive thru! Unacceptable! Third, only had 1 person working the inside orders! This is not how dunkins runs! Especially in the east! Would of left and went to McDonald's but was wanting a dd coffee!

Jeremy is seriously the worst staff in this location. He is definitely not trained to be an assistant manager. And doesn’t even know how to handle any problem with customer care. They messed up the order and made us wait for ten Minutes in the parking lot and still get your order wrong. I understand it could be busy but everyone’s time is very valuable and when you went in they don’t even have an apology for their customer and when you ask for the manager, Jeremy would come and talk to you in an aggressive attitude and he definitely don’t know how to handle problems. When you ask him for his name he would tell you Tom. Just like he is scared of getting in trouble. Jeremy is definitely not ready to be a manager or even an assistant manager yet.

The 2 stars isn't for the staff, the ordering experience was fine, it's for the Croissant sandwich I ordered got to my destination and the bread was brunt, super hard and was disgusting, super disappointed as I order this sandwich all the time.

The staff is always friendly. That means a lot these days. This is my favorite Dunkin'. I drive up from Castle Rock to specifically stop at this Dunkin'.

Great service (that’s why it’s not 1 starBUT if you go there late afternoon the store is almost empty! And the leftovers are dry and not freshly baked. Not sure why they even open.

I ordered a dozen munchkins and they were stale. I know it was the end of the day but still they were very hard to chew.
