I got a pecan turtle blizzard got it home and started to eat it and EVERY pecan was rotten!. Tryed calling but went to voicemail and the mail box is full. I live close to Franktown so it's not a short drive to go back. They definitely need to check what goes into the ice cream.
The blizzards hit the spot on a hot day of yard work with my grandsons.Service was excellent and quick.
It's as it should be. Has soft serve cone and minty blizzard. Place was clean and this is a Grill also so burgers are available
They are short staffed, and still killing it. The staff was rushed and still friendly and welcoming and as always it was fantastic!
ALERT DON'T GO HERE.... I Ordered online when I went to pick it up the lobby door was locked (The sign on the door said the lobby is only open for Mobile pick up orders) I called the store and they said they didnt even know mobile ordering was turned on for their location and I would have to go wait in the drive thu line which was backed out to the street. I did not want to wait in the line which I knew would be at least 30 mins I asked if he could cancel my order and he said someone will have to do it tomorrow. My expected outcome would have been them saying they apologize but would turn off mobile ordering and still make mine since it was their mistake. I know that mistakes are made but people not taking ownership of them and doing the right thing by their paying customers is beyond frustrating. I will not use this location ever again.
This location only had the drive thru open but I was very impressed at how quick they made the line move.
Always busy! My only complaint is that I wish they had a better drive through line to help the many customers navigate the tight parking lot. Otherwise, the food and desserts are always fantastic.
We are not frequent Dairy Queen customers but since we received a gift card we stopped in and we were very happy with our blizzards. We all got a cookie dough blizzard and we were pleasantly surprised with how much cookie dough they had in them. The dining room wasn't open and there was a long line of cars in the drive thru, but the team moved all cars through quickly, they were very nice at the window, and our ice cream was perfect. Thank you Dairy Queen team for a great experience!
Couldn't go inside because lobby is still closed WHY!!!?, had to go to drive through, hamburger was slipping and sliding and ketchup and mustard, tasted terrible, DQ doesn't make it easy to redeem your points on the rewards program.
Literally ordered one thing, a Reese’s blizzard, and they still managed to mess it up and gave me m&ms. Didn’t notice until I got home.
