I stopped in for a quick lunch on a Saturday.I got a double butter burger with cheddar, tomato, and pickles.They were busy, but they worked fast and were friendly as always!I appreciate the good consistent service at Culvers!And $7.01 for a double burger with 22g of protein is a deal!Thanks, guys!
It was truly disgusting in the place. The floor was slippery and smelled bad. The Soda station was leaking. Everything was empty. No napkins no lids and no condiments. I walked buy overflowing trash cans. The lobby was like a bomb went off. Trash everywhere. I cleaned a table and go get the food. One out of three orders are correct. Two of the hamburger buns are extremely burnt. We go up to get ice cream and a strawberry shake. I watched it get made. She put juice off the bottom of the container it comes in. It was so bad that the lady from the register went and made it. Here is what gets my one star. She gets my star.⭐️
The food and custard treats are always amazing here, but even more incredible is the staff. We were especially impressed with the outstanding professionalism of the young manager, Sarah! She was so pleasant and kind, with amazing people skills, even when dealing with a rude customer in line in front of us. She treated her staff and every customer with respect and sincerity. We will definitely return and recommend this location to everyone! Thank you!
I ordered the custard flavour of that day. Carmel Peanut Butter was the flavor, I think. The custard was definitely split so not super pleasant to eat as it was mixed throughout and sometimes for a bite of just split and sometimes did not. I was quite disappointed. This isn't in my neighborhood so I had not previously visited this location. ?
I ordered cheese curds and some ice cream for my family of four. I received the cheese curds. I had to drive around to remind them of my order. I waited at the window after I told them and nobody came back. Then I saw a young girl walking around the other side of the building with the rest of my order looking for me. I had to pull up and ask if it was mine and she looked very confused. There was also no ice in my wife's soda and my son's shake cup had a hole in it and it was leaking. The place seemed to be running with a bunch of kids and no management. Don't know if I'll go back. First impressions go a long way.
I was there at lunch time and there was only one person at the front. Judy was very kind and worked efficiently to get all the customers taken care of. She was the only person taking orders, handing out orders and getting to go orders ready. My rating is 5 stars because she was so awesome. I just wish they had more help.
The food was AMAZING!! I'm originally from North Dakota and if you go fishing you catch Walleye. I haven’t had any Walleye for years. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that our Culver's in Parker, CO served a Walleye Meal. The fish was bread and fried to perfection! The service was fast and all of the employees were nice too. I will be going back for more Walleye!!
Although I worked here for around 4-5 months, It’s not good. Staff are kind of unorganized and co-workers have an attitude all the time. Food is majority of the time pretty good, but it is bad the rest. It stinks in the back too. I rate it a 2.5 as a first job. I liked who I worked with but It wasn’t good. Also half the managers had the absolute worst attitude I could ever have (I’m 15)
Really good quality and tasty food for an affordable fast food option. I usually order the Pot Roast sandwich but this time I got the Pot Roast dinner. It was really good; generous portions of tender beef on Chewy Texas toast with rich beef gravy, and mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. All in all a great dinner for not much more than the sandwich and fries. Highly recommended. Fast friendly service, accurate orders.
I stumbled on this place after looking online for a burger joint and thought I’d give them a try….. boy was I satisfied ? Good burgers, good fries, good shakes, oh and they have a house root beer on the fountain machine that was good too!!! Also, their employee Mario greeted me right away when I walked in and was so patient with me while my extremely tired and hungry brain figured out what I wanted to order. I’d had a long day and he was so kind, so I really appreciate it!!!!
