Very good service on this trip; well-managed store. My Oh Fudge shake was delicious, as was the rest of our order. One of the best in the Denver area.

It's still tasty here, that's true. But they've changed a lot. Gotten rid of a lot of good flavors. They don't let you mix different flavors together anymore. The prices are way more outrageous than they used to be. They also used to be nicer in the store but times are rough so what do I know.
Nobody was wearing gloves or hats/hairnets. The person on the register handled money, touched his hair, and then proceeded to scoop ice cream without any hand washing. Lastly, none of the workers greeted us and appeared to be annoyed.
This larger than average female called “megan” was very rude towards me and my children. We were mourning the death of my elderly mother and the beast was very short with my children.
I walked into the store at 9:40 pm on 6-20_2020. I had no welcoming but there were 3 people that were available to help me. I asked questions that were simply ignored and finally one of them decided to answer my question she acted as if I was bothering her clean up routine. I spent 18 dollars on pre-made products when I wanted fresh ice cream all because the staff was rude. I should have walked out the door instead of spending my money there. Clean up closing time doesn't trump customer service. The store is opened till 10 pm so I was within the alloted time of receiving service. It is unfortunate that all of the staff acted in such an unprofessional manner because now you have lost my business. Perhaps additional customer service training is required because while I understand 1 unpleasant staff member from time to time I do not expect an entire staff crew to display irresponsible professionalism.
So gross! They have the ice cream and cones open to the air and have multiple families including adults without masks!!
Been here twice, best ice cream money can buy!
