Nice new restaurant. Good location with a nice patio when there's warm weather. Service was quick, wasn't too busy when we arrived. Tried the new Garlic Guajillo steak that's available at CO locations in my burrito bowl, it was fatty and chewy though, not what I expected. I wouldn't order it again, and why I gave 4 stars, not the best Chipotle meal this time.
I usually have great experiences here. Tonight stood out and dislike to have review on such a negative experience. When asking for extra on rice the lady seemed overly rushed, I forgot the peppers and she said quickly/shortly "do you need anything else from over here?" then under her breath said "good luck" a bit rudely to the next to takeover on the line and quickly walked away. I was just shocked, even responded to the next person "she should be fired." I asked the young guy what her name was then for the manager, he then said that is her, Angelica/Angela. I'm surprised that such low social emotional intelligent people are promoted to supervisory positions. Her poor coworkers probably get exposed to her negativity and what does that do for work moral...people quit and retention rates suck, and management has more work to do. I can understand she probably was stressed and I was that last person of the dinner rush and I got the emotional displacement. Not appropriate! I've worked fast food and retail and you never displace your emotions when customers are just asking for "extra", its not a big deal! This employee needs some coaching, retraining or even demote them to not stress your team out. Good luck.
I’ve been here twice and I love this location! I I usually go to a Chipotle closer to home, off Parker Road & Mainstreet but the food here always tastes fresher, & the staff/customer service is super friendly! Felt the need to leave a review. I will make this my regular location
I dont give bad reviews, but enough is enough. Unseasonably small portions compared to every other Chipotle on earth. Cold food. Avacado skin in the guacamole. Every single time we order chips via door dash, there are no chips; not Door Dash's issue. I dont want a refund, I wanted chips! Management needs to step up their game at this location or corporate needs to step in and help... something needs to change when things are consistently not good... please help save this Chipotle!
As others have noted, the portions are often smaller than at other locations or than they were before the pandemic, but they taste fresh and the service has been fast for me. Order inside the restaurant, not online or in the drive thru.
Clearly the staff do not care about mobile orders or correctly filling the paid orders. Consistent problems with this location. Hardly any ingredients put on the tacos even though the order clearly asks for extra chicken, fajitas, and corn.

The food is always cold. The wait times on average have been on the longer side. You should not have to wait an additional 20 minutes when you ordered pick up. But even inside it takes a while to get through the line.
Fast, clean and friendly.Dining room is freezing cold. People were eating in there with their coats on.Drivethrough for online orders.

Ordered two burritos with chicken. It was full of what I'm pretty sure was just extra rice along with maybe 3 or 4 pieces of chicken. Hardly any lettuce, only a bit of of pico de Gallo. Do not use their pick up option, they will give you a terribly small amount of everything because they can.
