Obviously the food still tasted good because it was Chipotle, but this location sucked. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to start my order when I was the only person there. After that, my burrito ended up looking almost like a taco, like half wrapped up and spilling everywhere. Not sure what the problem is at this location but they should get it sorted out. Especially being located in Parker.

This location used to be good, but has really declined over the past year or so. I would understand a couple slow days, but the past dozen times we have ordered online or gone in to order, the service has been absurdly slow. There seems to be some issues with their assembly line process. It shouldn’t take 40 minutes for an online order to be ready and people shouldn’t be waiting 35+ minutes in line. Whoever is in charge needs to make some changes for more efficiency.

Garbage service and horrible food. Small meat portions every time we order delivery. I once waited in line for 30 mins to pick up my online order

I grew up going to this chipotle and it used to be amazing. Used to have helpful friendly staff and they were always willing to accommodate if something wasn't right. Well, 3rd strike this last week. After the pandemic they have had horrible customer service, and the food has been terrible. 3 months ago I made a call ahead order which I'd done before many times. A young man answered, took my order, confirmed the location, said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later, no food... I would've been happy to wait and have them make it, but they denied that I had called at all and said they couldn't help me. I was upset, and the manager came out, didn't offer to remake my food or anything, and didn't even apologize. The kid who took my order who was working phones denied taking calls within that time frame. They stated again they couldn't help me and I left. Last week I ordered via grub hub. The picture shows what I recieved. My order didn't include even the basics, white rice, black beans, nor veggies, all which I checked while ordering. And to make it worse, this $20 bowl wasn't even half full. I will never return to this location nor will my friends and family in the parker area due to similar issues.

Tacos were absolutely cold! We complained and the manager said we he just checked the temperatures and turned and walked away. We wrapped up the tacos to bring them home to warm them up in the microwave. Cold food and lack of management interest in complaints means we will never visit this location again.

I'm a regular Chipotle customer and come to this location quite often. As it is the closest to our home. As much as I come here I have equally as many bad experiences as I do good. So you take a 50/50 chance coming to this location you may get good customer service, or the manager will argue with you. You may get good food serving sizes. Or they will try to give you as little as possible as they can get away with. I don't enjoy when fast food restaurants like this Penny pinch unfortunately this comes from store level management I can assume. At the time I arrived there was very few customers and plenty of staff

We have lived in Parker off Mainstreet for 8 years and have ordered food here on multiple occasions. I can’t recall ever having an order with no problems or missing items. Today we decided to get food here ordered on your app. Every item in our order had issues and major disappointments… My order: Burrito bowl with carnitas, rice, beans, corn and pico salsa, cheese, grilled onions and peppers, sour cream, and roman lettuce. “All written out for the food preparer” what I got was cold seriously cold pork meat, they throw some steak in???, there are raw onions and orange peppers in my Burrito Bowl… RAW F’ing onions and peppers, I about vomited. How can a place serve cold meat and raw vegetables. Husbands order: 3 tacos with steak salsas, and cheese. He got beat up cold steak, no salsas at all, and very little cheese. He also order a Burrito Bowl with the new marinated steak, with the fixings and guacamole. What he got was a small swipe of guacamole or very little for the amount of money you’ll charge us hungry folks. Mom ordered a burrito bowl with marinated steak, salsas, guacamole, and cheese, guacamole and chips. She got cold steak, barley any cheese, the bowl looked pathetic, and no Guacamole but with chips… again for the amount of money you’ll charge for your food, it should be way better than it has been. Especially todays food! I want our money back and we will never return to this location. I hope we don’t get sick from your under temperature cooked meat. Our pick up time was 7pm, I picked it up at 6:59pm, so our food should’ve been at least warm if not still hot. I will be reaching out to a manager or someone that can help me get my money back for the food that was terrible tonight. I’ll follow up if we get sick with the CO State Health Department.

Super inconsistent with online delivery and pickup orders. When they get our order right, its pretty good. Unfortunately, they have only gotten our order right 1 out of 3 times. Most recently we went in to ensure they got our order correct and it was a miserable experience! The staff was rude, food was awful and assembled with no care! I took a picture of our burrito before it completely fell apart. We are done with chances for this location and will not be returning!

Don’t order online or check your order. I picked up my bowl and it felt empty. Barely any chicken. How would you accidentally put this little of chicken? So disappointed.

I love this Dylan kid. Every time I walk in Chipotle, a warm feeling fills my heart when I see his beautiful smirk from behind the front line. Truly the best employee that has ever existed. Prove me wrong.
